Beraten wurde ich von Herrn Martin Frühmann, den ich an dieser Stelle ein großes Dankeschön für die TOP-Betreuung aussprechen möchte! Herr Frühmann war höchst professionell, jederzeit erreichbar, sehr, sehr freundlich und hat sich stets allen meiner Bitten angenommen. Bei ihm ist man wirklich in den besten Händen. Weiter so!
 I have been living in my Glorit condominium for almost a year now and I feel very comfortable. I was advised by Mr. Martin Frühmann, whom I would like to say a big thank you for the TOP support! Mr. Frühmann was highly professional, available at all times, very, very friendly and always accepted all of my requests. You really are in the best hands with him. Keep it up!

Beautiful place in every sense of the word - location, comfort, rooms both in the building and in the flat, terrace, garage..
So far we are really happy and satisfied with our new home !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to Vienna and opened few stores here, trying to make life for our family, started very soon to look for a nice house and friends told us that Glorit is among others, worth looking at. So we picked one of the nicest houses, luxury location, great nature around, but I have to be honest, that the quality of the materials could be compared to the quality that other company one street down offers. Glorit wants over 6.500eur for m2 and other company only 5.000eur for same package. I asked, if they could make one more parking place in my yard - make another flat concrete smudge 3x3 on the ground, that I can park my second car on it and not onto gras, he told me, and I quote: For this money ( we are talking about one million euro, approximately 6.500eur for a squermeter, overpaid if you compare prices of other companies), I can't seriously expect to get 2 parking places. Did he just laughed at me? "Its 22end district, I can park on the street for free. Or make one myself." When I asked, why is my garden so small, this supposed to be luxury home, and they offer me less than 100m2 garden, seller said I expect way too much for my money.
I would not say, that this whole situation is very fair, friendly, polite, correct or respectful. I felt very uncomfortable. Funny way of doing business. Not that we did one with them, we picked star real.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend buying a Glorit property especially if you are an international professional or expatriate. I have had a very awful experience with Glorit. Their lawyer (Pajek Rechtsanwalt) insists on holding on to my purchase contract for months and will not send it to me. This is after he attempts to send it to a wrong address. Never mind that this is the same property he himself registered. He appears to be playing some kind of power game with full knowledge of Glorit. I now have to engage the services of a lawyer to get my contract from a lawyer who I paid to arrange a purchase and provided very little guidance in the process. You decide for yourself if you want such a headache. If only I could put zero stars.
@Glorit's response: He sent it to an address that does not exist. That he sent it, is not in dispute. Why he would refuse to re-send it (during lockdown even) after making a mistake is beyond me. I have now received my documents because I gave a bad review on Google after 6 months of waiting. The fact that you come back to try to give him support is unbelievable and does not help your situation at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From our first contact with Mr. Franz Herzer, who was our focal point during the entire process) until the entire execution of our project in March 2021, we were very pleased with the attention and professionalism of the entire Glorit team (In special with Mr. Herzer, Mr. Kucsera and Mr. Abraham). To build a new house from scratch, during the pandemic period, was definitely not and easy challenge which Glorit was able to delivery. We are very pleased with the experience.
