★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann von den Globo Leuchtmitteln nur abraten. Es können keine Ersatzteile für eine zweieinhalb Jahre alte und 300€ teure Deckenlampe geliefert werden. Anfragen an den Support laufen ins leere, Tickets werden geschlossen, Fragen nicht beantwortet.
(PS: von der "5-Jährigen Garantie" sind Leuchtmittel natürlich ausgeschlossen... - steht aber alles im Kleingedruckten)
 I can only advise against using Globo lamps. No spare parts can be supplied for a two and a half year old and € 300 ceiling lamp. Inquiries to the support come to nothing, tickets are closed, questions are not answered.
(PS: bulbs are of course excluded from the "5-year guarantee" ... - but everything is in the small print)
