globeseekers Yoga Retreats

globeseekers is a fantastic yoga retreat. But it's so much more. I attended the summer mountain retreat in the Austrian alps, so I can only speak of my experience there. But they also offer a winter mountain retreat and ocean retreats at various destinations. The instructors Chris and Denise are professional, friendly and fun company to have around. There are a variety of yoga styles taught to keep things interesting and they are great at accommodating people of different skill levels and and physiques. There is a focus on mindfulness during all activities. Hiking, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, yoga philosophy workshops and Thai massage training sessions are also offered and I had such a great time participating in all of them. The whole experience is very laid back and flexible. They are very accommodating and every activity is optional. It's a zero-stress environment. Gschösswandhaus, the mountain hotel you will stay at, has a cozy atmosphere and a spectacular view. Being immersed in the nature of the mountain every day is absolutely refreshing. There's a sauna, restaurant and game room to keep you busy in between activities. Chris, one of the instructors, is also the chef and prepares excellent vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but there are opportunities to eat some local cuisine from other restaurants on the mountain. I'm very pleased with my experience at globeseekers and I highly recommend it. The pricing is very reasonable. You will leave feeling reinvigorated and part of a community of like-minded, international people who are seeking to live life to the fullest. I definitely intend on attending future retreats ?.
