P	Pfalz-Wanderer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im Gletscherchalet gebucht. Es erfolgte eine Anzahlung und wir erhielten auch eine Buchungsbestätigung. Eine Woche vor Anreise ist aufgrund eines Telefonats mit der Vermieterin aufgefallen, dass unsere Ferienwohnung doppelt gebucht wurde. Somit hatten wir leider keine Unterkunft. Es wurde seitens der Vermieterin versucht, eine anderweitige Unterkunft zu finden. Da dies in der Hauptsaison war, gestaltete dies sich allerdings sehr schwierig. Es konnte lediglich eine Unterkunft angeboten werden, welche leider keineswegs mit der gebuchten Wohnung vergleichbar war und für uns leider nicht geeignet war. Da wir selbst auch keine Unterkunft finden konnten, ist der Urlaub für uns leider gelaufen gewesen. Wir haben nun eine andere Wohnung in einem anderen Zeitraum buchen müssen. We had booked an apartment in the glacier chalet. A deposit was made and we also received a booking confirmation. A week before arrival, it was noticed after a phone call with the landlady that our holiday apartment had been booked twice. So we unfortunately had no accommodation. The landlady tried to find other accommodation. Since this was the main season, this turned out to be very difficult. Only one accommodation could be offered, which unfortunately was in no way comparable with the booked apartment and was unfortunately not suitable for us. Since we couldn't find any accommodation ourselves, our vacation was unfortunately over for us. We have now had to book another apartment in a different period.
