Bei uns ging es um eine sehr große innere Fensterscheibe, auf einem verglasten Balkon, die durch die starken Temperaturschwankungen gesprungen ist. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Versicherung war auch super. Falls ich mal wieder Hilfe mit Fenstern brauche werde ich mich gerne an Sie wenden. A very pleasant experience. For us it was about a very large inner window pane, on a glazed balcony, which cracked due to the strong temperature fluctuations. The cooperation with the insurance company was also great. Wurden bestens beraten, haben trotz Weihnachtsfeiertage, prompt ein Angebot erhalten, der Angebote Preis war im Vergleich mit 3 anderen Galsereien ungeschlagen und fair. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team im Büro war auch super angenehm und einfach ein toller Service! Das Montageteam war super freundlich - sauber und zuvorkommend und hat auch die bauseits beigestellte Klappe montiert. Absolute Empfehlung! Cat flap - with triple glazing. The installation team was super friendly - clean and courteous and also installed the flap provided on site. Absolute recommendation!
