★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der telefonische Erstkontakt verlief sehr freundlich und professionell, ein Besichtigungstermin zwecks Durchsprache des Anfrageinhaltes war rasch gefunden. Der Senior-Chef kommt persönlich vorbei, nimmt alle relevanten Maße und Randbedingungen auf, das Angebot wird für eine Woche später in Aussicht gestellt.
Nach gut drei Wochen frage ich telefonisch nach, wann mit dem Angebot zu rechnen ist – man entschuldigt sich und es wird für die kommende Woche versprochen. Wieder zwei Wochen später ein erneuter Versuch von mir, die Hintergründe für die Verzögerung und die plötzliche unterirdische Performance herauszufinden. Der Chef wird sich am Folgetag gleich in der Früh melden heißt es….man kann es sich denken – zwei Wochen später nach wie vor kein Feedback.
Am Anfrageumfang kann es nicht gelegen haben, denn der inzwischen natürlich an einen zuverlässigen Mitbewerber vergebene Auftrag war mehr als 10k Euro wert.
Wer jemanden sucht, der mal vorbeikommt, nett plaudert und ein paar Maße aufnimmt, ab dann aber in der Versenkung verschwindet und keinen Gedanken ans Thema Kundenservice verschwendet ist bei der Firma Sajko gut aufgehoben. Für alle anderen Privatpersonen mit konkretem Interesse: sparen sie sich die Zeit…ein Angebot gibt’s von dieser Firma vermutlich nur mit ganz viel Glück.
The initial telephone contact was very friendly and professional, a viewing appointment for the purpose of discussing the content of the inquiry was quickly found. The senior boss comes by personally, takes all relevant dimensions and boundary conditions, the offer is promised for a week later.
After a good three weeks I phone to ask when the offer can be expected - you apologize and it is promised for the coming week. Another two weeks later I tried again to find out the reasons for the delay and the sudden underground performance. The boss will be in touch the next day in the morning, it says ... you can imagine - two weeks later there is still no feedback.
It could not have been due to the scope of the inquiry, because the order, which of course was awarded to a reliable competitor, was worth more than 10k euros.
If you are looking for someone who comes by, has a nice chat and takes a few measurements, but then disappears into oblivion and does not waste a thought on customer service, Sajko is in good hands. For all other private individuals with a specific interest: save your time ... an offer from this company will probably only be made with a lot of luck.
