Aber werde mich daran gewöhnen. Great selection of nice service, but a bit slow, was just from Vienna usual order in the mornings - pick up in the afternoon, or wait for little things right there. But get used to it.

Zuerst wurde ich vertröstet, dass der Monteur 2h länger unterwegs ist, danach hat sich herausgestellt, dass der Monteur es heute leider doch nicht mehr schafft. Ich habe Verständnis dafür, dass alle unter Zeitdruck stehen und die Pandemie alles nur verschlimmert, aber es sollten nur 2 Türen abgeholt werden, wie lange kann das dauern? Warum werden überhaupt Termine vergeben, wenn man sich nicht daran hält, einfach unprofessionell. Had an appointment for today, 12/14/2021 9:00 am - 11:00 am to change the glass of interior doors. Appointment was made one week in advance. At first I was put off by the fact that the fitter was on the road for 2 hours longer, then it turned out that the fitter could unfortunately no longer make it today. I understand that everyone is pressed for time and the pandemic is only making things worse, but only 2 doors should be picked up, how long can that take? Why are appointments made at all if you don't stick to them, simply unprofessional.
