★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr enttäuschend. Sowohl die Qualität der Arbeit als auch die Mitarbeiter (im Umgang mit dem Kunden) lassen zu wünschen übrig. Ich kann diese Firma leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Schade...verkauft haben sie sich nämlich gut.
 Unfortunately, very disappointing. Both the quality of the work and the staff (in dealing with the customer) leave something to be desired. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company any further. Too bad ... they have sold well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe angerufen da mein fensterflügel kaputt war. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich und mein Fenster wurde innerhalb einer Stunde abgeholt. Nach einer weiteren Stunde würde es repariert zurück gebracht. Das ganze wurde dann direkt über meine Versicherung abgerechnet. Bin sehr zufrieden
I called because my window sash was broken. The lady on the phone was very friendly and my window was picked up within an hour. After another hour it would be brought back repaired. The whole thing was then billed directly through my insurance. I am very pleased
