★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite reaching "only" 1911 meters above sea level Gerlitzen provides a spectacular 360° view of the surrounding area thanks to it's isolated position. The Karawanks, Julian Alps and Villacher Alpe can be seen in full. The mountain provides both summer and winter activities. Strongly recommended as a vacation destination. A hike from Lake Ossiach (~500 m.a.s.l.) takes 3-6 hours, depending on conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy (owner?) was completely wasted in the check out so we had to wait 10 minutes for him to try to figure out the right button to touch. Also, no any debit/credit card accepted only cash.
