We were there with a group of men and felt very comfortable. Everything is available what you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr komfortabel eingerichtete Hütte, direkt an einer ehemaligen Skipiste, auf welcher man bei genug Schnee direkt zufahren kann. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit 5-3 Betten (2 davon sind Stockbetten, 3 Doppelbetten, 3 Einzelbetten). Das Bad ist recht geräumig und schön eingerichtet mit 3 Waschbecken 2 WCs und einer Dusche (welche nicht optimal abgetrennt ist).
Zum Tal hat man es mit dem Auto nicht zu weit, man ist aber trotzdem abgeschieden und hat es ruhig.
Bei viel Neuschnee wurde sogar die Zufahrtsstraße geräumt.
Insgesamt kann ich die Hütte nur weiterempfehlen.
Very comfortably furnished hut, directly on a former ski slope, on which you can drive directly when there is enough snow. There are 3 bedrooms with 5-3 beds (2 of them are bunk beds, 3 double beds, 3 single beds). The bathroom is quite spacious and nicely furnished with 3 sinks, 2 toilets and a shower (which is not optimally separated).
It's not too far to the valley by car, but you are still secluded and quiet.
When there was a lot of fresh snow, even the access road was cleared.
Overall, I can only recommend the hut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Hütte liegt traumhaft oberhalb von Bad Hofgastein. Von dort kann man super wandern! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit zwei Familien. In der Stube und auf der Terrasse kann man den Abend gemütlich verbringen. Im Winter ist das ganz sicher auch eine tolle Unterkunft für Skifahrer.
The hut is beautifully situated above Bad Hofgastein. From there you can go hiking! We had a great week with two families. You can spend the evening comfortably in the living room and on the terrace. In winter this is definitely a great place to stay for skiers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wirklich gemütlich und groß genug, Ausstattung ist auch gut. Die Sauna ist echt spitze.
(Selbstversorger heißt aber, dass man auch Salz, Spülschwamm und Klopapier etc. selbst mitnehmen muss.)
Mit Kindern auch sehr zu empfehlen. (Esel gleich nebenan.)
Tolle Aussicht!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Really cozy and big enough, facilities are good too. The sauna is really great.
(But self-sufficiency means that you also have to bring your own salt, dish sponge and toilet paper, etc.)
Also highly recommended with children. (Donkey next door.)
