★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste dort eigentlich ein Paket abholen, welches dann aber bei einem Nachbaren abgegeben wurde, es aber irgendwie niemand hat von meinen Nachbaren - dies ist nur ein sidefact dafür können die Personen dort nichts sondern dies ist denke ich ein Fehler von Seiten DHLs…
Jedenfalls die Dame im Büro ist sehr nett und kompetent bzw. weiß was sie tun muss wenn das Paket nicht mehr bei ihnen ist, dann kann mans dorthin liefern lassen bzw. wird einem wie in meinem Fall Auskunft gegeben dass es ein*e Nachbar*in von mir in Empfang genommen hat - finde das Service top!
I actually had to pick up a parcel there, which was then handed over to a neighbor, but somehow nobody from my neighbors has it - this is just a sidefact, the people there cannot do anything but I think this is a mistake on the part of DHL ...
In any case, the lady in the office is very nice and competent and knows what to do if the package is no longer with you, then you can have it delivered there or, as in my case, you will be given information that there is a neighbor received from me - think the service is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Team , vor allem das Allerebeste ist die Disponentin wo das ganze Team zusammen hält und sich immer um alles zeitnah kümmert und erledigt. Es ist auf jedenfall eine machbare ehrliche Arbwot.
Great team, above all the very best is the dispatcher where the whole team stays together and always takes care of and takes care of everything in a timely manner. It is definitely a feasible honest work.
