Ein Monteur ist anwesend , aber der ist an Kontaktdaten nicht interessiert. Sehr schwach. Offenbar wollen sie keine Pools verkaufen. The shop is officially open, but looks more like a hovel. There are no sellers. A fitter is present, but he is not interested in contact details. Very weak. Apparently they don't want to sell pools.

Ausführung, teilweise Produkte und vor allem die Erreichbarkeit bei Problemen und Beschwerden sind leider vollkommen unzulänglich. Bzgl. Frau Ebenhochs kann ich mich nur der Bewertung zuvor anschliessen, das gleiche gilt für Martin. Leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen! Schade wenn man alle Möglichkeiten hat und sie nicht nutzt. Es geht ja schließlich um meine Gesundheit, die sich seit der regelmässigen Anwendung auch massgeblich verbessert hat. Überzeugt hat mich die absolut kompetente Beratung von Frau u. Herr Ebenhoch. Ich wurde sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg nochmals bedanken. Thank goodness I bought an infrared cabin from Physiotherm and not a cheap product "Made in China". After all, it's about my health, which has also improved significantly since using it regularly. Herr Ebenhoch hat sich sehr um eine Reparatur bemüht, anderen am damaligen Bau beteiligte Firmen mit ins Boot geholt und eine gute Lösung gefunden. Wir danken an dieser Stelle nochmals. We had a problem with our 10 year old pool. Mr Ebenhoch went to great lengths to get a repair, brought other companies involved in the construction on board and found a good solution.
