Als einen Monat später der Termin endlich kam wurde mir Vorort gesagt, dass sie das nicht machen. Keine Entschuldigung kein gar nichts, dafür aber eine Anwendung von mir . I made an appointment for a therapy over the phone to find back pain (I had a referral from an orthopedist). When a month later the appointment finally came I was told suburb that they do not do that. No apology no nothing, but an application of mine.
A	Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem Umbau sehr schön geworden. Nette Betreuung. Vor Ort alles wunderbar. Telefonische Erreichbarkeit war in meinem Fall jedoch katastrophal. Ich musste vier mal anrufen, war lange in Warteschleifen, wurde oft weiter verbunden und zweimal wurde auch einfach aufgelegt. After the renovation very nice. Nice care. Everything wonderful on site. Telephone accessibility was catastrophic in my case. I had to call four times, was on hold for a long time, was often connected and twice was hung up.

Terminvereinbarung ist allerdings sehr schwierig (lange Wartezeiten am Telefon, für die meisten Fachrichtungen nicht Online möglich). Und für eine weitere Untersuchung wurde der Termin dann erst recht falsch eingetragen wodurch ich umsonst dort war. D.h. bei telefonischer Terminvereinbarung am besten auf eine Bestätigung per E-Mail bestehen. Medical check-up was fine. However, it is very difficult to make an appointment (long waiting times on the phone, not possible online for most subjects). And for a further examination, the date was entered even more incorrectly, so I was there for free. I.e. When making an appointment by phone, it is best to insist on a confirmation by email.

Augenarzttermin wurde einfach nicht eingetragen und Ersatztermin ein Monat später vorgeschlagen.Telefonische erreichbarkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. War vor dem Umbau deutlich besser. After 3 weeks and 2 Urgenzen still waiting for my findings. The ophthalmologist appointment was simply not entered and a replacement appointment was suggested a month later. Telephone availability also leaves a lot to be desired. Was much better before the conversion.

M	Michi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War für 7:45uhr bestellt, erste Untersuchung um 8uhr, zweite Untersuchung nach 1std warten noch immer nicht dran! Erste Ärztin sprach sehr schlecht deutsch und verstand daher auch nicht meine Probleme! Befund nicht korrekt geschrieben! Für was gibt es zeitliche Termine U warum werden zwei Personen zur selben Uhrzeit eingetragen. Mir wurde auch nicht mitgeteilt das ich für eine Untersuchung einen covid test benötige! Wurde dann vor Ort gemacht. Schade das es mit jedem Mal schlechter wird u dann soll man regelmäßig die Vorsorge Untersuchung machen. Ordered for 7:45 a.m., first check-up at 8 a.m., second check-up after 1 std still not waiting for it! First doctor spoke German very badly and therefore did not understand my problems! Findings not written correctly! What are the timed appointments for U why are two people entered at the same time. I was not told that I needed a covid test for an examination! Was then done on site. It's a shame that it gets worse every time u then you should do the preventive examination regularly.

Man bekommt über die Online-Anmeldung sehr schnell einen Termin, die Ärzte nehmen sich Zeit, haben ein offenes Ohr für mein Anliegen und das Allerwichtigste für mich: Sie nehmen meine gesundheitlichen Probleme ernst. In vielen Arztpraxen mit Kassenvertrag ist es leider so, dass man nicht länger als 5 Minuten mit dem Arzt redet und das ganze Leid verharmlost wird, weil man "eh jung" ist. Hier ist es nicht der Fall und ich bin sehr überzeugt von der Menschlichkeit und Kompetenz des Personals. Von Physiotherapie bis hin zu kleinen Eingriffen oder Vorsorgeuntersuchung fühle ich mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Top! I have only had positive experiences with the health center so far. You can get an appointment very quickly via the online registration, the doctors take their time, have an open ear for my concerns and the most important thing for me: They take my health problems seriously. Unfortunately, in many medical practices with a health insurance contract, you don't talk to the doctor for more than 5 minutes and the whole suffering is played down because you're "young anyway". This is not the case here and I am very convinced of the humanity and competence of the staff. From physiotherapy to minor interventions or check-ups, I feel that I am in very good hands here. Top!
