G	Georg Koppelmüller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einigem schriftlichem Verkehr mit der völlig verständnislosen, kundenunfreundlichen und unglaublich schwer erreichbaren Geschäftsführung, unplausiblen finanziellen Forderungen und vertraglich ungerechtfertigter Zutrittsverweigerung im Studio konnte ich heute endlich die vorzeitige Auflösung meines Nutzungsvertrages erreichen. Da man sich mit Vernunft und Worten nicht zu wehren weiß, wurde ich körperlich durch die Geschäftsführung selbst bedroht, mitten in der Corona-Zeit auf vielleicht fünfzehn Zentimeter aggresiv Face-to-face konfrontiert; meine Sachen wurden durch die Gegend geworfen um mich zum Verlassen des Studios zu bewegen – man glaubt trotz allem Unfug, man sei überlegen und im Recht. Die Kunden jubeln aktuell über erlangte Kündigungen und bemühen teils die Arbeiterkammer mit ihren Problemen den Beitreibern gegenüber. Das Studio selbst hab ich sonst immer gern besucht; der Umgang mit Reklamationen allerdings ist aufs Ärgste grob, unfreundlich und falsch. Den eigenen Verträgen und Geschäftsbedingungen wird durch die Geschäftsführung zuwider gehandelt. Ich empfehle nicht, sich das anzutun! After some written communication with the completely incomprehensible, customer-unfriendly and incredibly difficult to reach management, implausible financial claims and contractually unjustified refusal of access in the studio, I was finally able to prematurely terminate my license agreement today. Since you can not defend yourself with reason and words, I was physically threatened by the management myself, faced aggressively face to face in the middle of the Corona period to maybe fifteen centimeters; my things were thrown around to get me to leave the studio - despite all the nonsense, you think you are superior and right. The customers are currently cheering for the redundancies they have received and are sometimes trying to help the Chamber of Labor with their problems towards the operators. I always enjoyed visiting the studio itself; The handling of complaints, however, is grossly rude, unfriendly and wrong. The management acts contrary to its own contracts and terms and conditions. I do not recommend doing this to yourself!
S	Stefan Heger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Studio meiner Wahl ist: gut gelegen, sauber, nicht überlaufen, handverlesenes Publikum (der Betreiber achtet sehr auf Niveau, was viele andere schmerzlich vernachlässigen), und die Geräte sind neu und gut. Alles in allem bisher das beste Studio in welchem ich (in 22 Jahren) trainiert habe und außerdem leistbar. Top, weiter so ! The studio of my choice is: well located, clean, not overcrowded, handpicked audiences (the operator looks very much on level, which many others painfully neglect), and the equipment is new and good. All in all so far the best studio in which I have trained (in 22 years) and also affordable. Great, keep it up!

Hygiene: Überall stehen Desinfektionsmittel/Spender/Feuchttücher herum und das Personal putzt aktiv(was nicht selbstverständlich ist!) Der Standort: Parken leider nur in der Tiefgarage möglich Mo-Fr von 00.00-16.00 zwei std gratis, ab 16.00-00.00 generell gratis, Sa u. So ganztägig gratisparken. Ansonsten fallen 1.80€/std an. Die Geräte: Durch die bank hochwertig und KEIN billigramsch! Das Angebot: Cardio, Kraftbereich, Milonzirkel, Rückenschule, Sauna, Solarium. Das Negative: Im Kraftbereich fehlt es zb. an einem zweiten Multi reck, aktuell kann immer nur eine Person Kniebeugen oder Kreuzheben, dafür sind andere Maschienen wieder doppelt vorhanden, welche kaum genutzt werden, es wirkt alles in allem sehr "überladen" und man steht sich gerne im weg (aber da wird noch daran geschraubt... hoffe ich). Die Laufbänder (alle) sind sehr laut. Kein Kunden wlan... Seit kurzem herrscht tanktop verbot?‍♂️? was ich so nur von einem einzigen weiteren Studio kenne und mir unverständlich ist! Die Umkleiden sind winzig, also... wirklich winzig.... so "Tankstellenklo" winzig... aber die Duschen ? sind geräumig. In der Summe pasts, preislich is es ok und man geht dort gerne trainieren, aber für schwere jungs... is es eher nix aber dafür gibts andere Alternativen. The trainers: Very friendly, competent and helpful. Hygiene: Disinfectants/dispensers/wet wipes are everywhere and the staff actively cleans (which is not a matter of course!) The location: Unfortunately, parking is only possible in the underground car park Mon-Fri from 00.00-16.00 two hours free of charge, from 16.00-00.00 generally free, Sat and Sun free parking all day. Otherwise 1.80€/hour will be charged. The devices: High quality throughout the bank and NO cheap junk! The offer: Cardio, strength area, milon circuit, back school, sauna, solarium. The negative: In the power area, there is a lack, for example. on a second multi bar, currently only one person can do squats or deadlifts, but other machines are available twice, which are hardly used, all in all it seems very "overloaded" and you like to get in each other's way (but there will be screwed on it... I hope). The treadmills (all) are very noisy. No customer wifi... Tank tops have recently been banned ? ♂️? which I only know from one other studio and I don't understand! The changing rooms are tiny, so... really tiny.... like "gas station toilet" tiny... but the showers ? are spacious. All in all it's okay, the price is ok and you like to train there, but for heavy guys... it's rather nothing but there are other alternatives.

Ich war dort, wurde zuerst weggeschickt, dann "beraten" und darüber aufgeklärt, das auf der Homepage angebotene Paket würde (zumindest für das Landhaus) doch nicht angeboten werden. Ich könne aber um € 79,90 trainieren (das günstigste Paket welches es im Landhaus gibt). Viel Glück beim neuen "€ 80 Konzept für alle". Das Landhaus-Gym ist aus meiner Sicht ein 0815 Gym und definitiv nicht "luxuriös" - kostete davor auch einen Bruchteil. Insofern fraglich inwiefern der aktuelle Preis gerechtfertigt ist. Der Umgang mit Kunden und ehemaligen jahrelangen Stammkunden ist sowieso aus meiner Sicht extrem kundenunfreundlich. Stars Fitness bietet ehrliche € 40 und ist aus meiner persönlichen Sichtweise deutlich sauberer, schönere Umkleide, viel bessere Parkplatzsituation (keine 2h in die Tiefgarage reinquetschen) und wir reden hier um den halben Preis! Ich bin Gesund und Fit sehr dankbar für diese "Aktion" :) - dank euch bin ich auf ein für mich deutlich besseres und günstigeres Studio aufmerksam geworden. Aus meiner Sicht ist euer 2h Tiefgaragenpark-Landhaus-Studio welches ehemals auch günstig war, maximal € 30 monatlich wert, wenn ich es mit Pueblo, Stars Fitness & Co vergleiche. Insofern sehr merkwürdige Preisgestaltung. Bin schon gespannt wie eure "kundenfreundliche" und "preiswerte" Firmenpolitik sich künftig auswirken wird. Healthy and fit offer on the homepage: fitness package for 9.99 / week for all locations (approx. € 40 month). I was there, was first sent away, then "advised" and informed that the package offered on the homepage (at least for the country house) would not be offered after all. But I can train for €79.90 (the cheapest package available at Landhaus). Good luck with the new "€ 80 concept for everyone". From my point of view, the Landhaus-Gym is a run-of-the-mill gym and definitely not "luxurious" - before that it cost a fraction. In this respect, it is questionable to what extent the current price is justified. In my opinion, dealing with customers and former regular customers is extremely customer-unfriendly anyway. Stars Fitness offers honest € 40 and from my personal point of view is much cleaner, nicer changing rooms, much better parking situation (no 2 hours of squeezing into the underground car park) and we're talking about half the price here! I am healthy and fit very grateful for this "action" :) - thanks to you I became aware of a much better and cheaper studio for me. From my point of view, your 2-hour underground park country house studio, which was also cheap in the past, is worth a maximum of € 30 a month when I compare it with Pueblo, Stars Fitness & Co. So very strange pricing. I'm curious how your "customer-friendly" and "inexpensive" company policy will affect you in the future.
