Auf Nachfrage wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Essen ist auch seinen Preis wert - jeder der hier schreibt, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis würde nicht passen, hat keine Ahnung vom Kochen. Ausgezeichnet. Bestes Lokal in Graz. Komme immer wieder gern! Always an experience. With every dish you get the feeling the chef wants to tell a story. Almost everything is homemade, even the vinegar. When we asked, everything was shown and explained to us. The food is also worth its price - anyone who writes here that the price-performance ratio would not be right has no idea about cooking. Excellent. Best restaurant in Graz. It was intimate and provided an atmosphere where one was completely taken care of by extremely competent and caring staff. The chef prepared all of my courses separately for allergies and created new, spontaneous recipes just for me! Amazing. Onstead of egg, he used bone marrow i my main course. It was genius! Instead of making me feel guilty for presenting an allergy, he made me feel special!

The kitchen shows flexibility if really required but it pays back being brave and just going with the recommended composition.

It's incredible what the chef is capable of: had 5 courses (vegetarian) and loved every single creation. However, great food is nothing without a charming, passionate and knowledgeable service. Therefore, I simply have to point out that this is one of the few places where service and food meet on an excellent level. Highly recommended!
