Wenn, wie in unserer eigenen Familie, jemand auf solche Produkte angewiesen ist, dann weiß man solche Geschäfte und die empathische und kompetente Betreuung dort sehr zu schätzen.
Mein Rat an alle ist, sich nicht zu schämen und rechtzeitig fachliche Hilfe in Anspruch zu nehmen und Produkte zu kaufen die einem das Leben viel einfacher machen.

If, as in our own family, someone is dependent on such products, then such business and the empathic and competent support there is very much appreciated.
My advice to everyone is not to be ashamed and to seek professional help in good time and to buy products that make life a lot easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Geschäft, super Ambiente, super Lage - doch leider eine (etwas ältere) Beraterin, die hier eventuell den falschen Job machen muss. Ungeduldig, reserviert und offensichtlich frustriert. Wir verließen das Geschäft, ohne unsere gewünschten Artikel zu kaufen und haben uns zu SEHR freundlichen Mitbewerbern begeben. In der Corona-Zeit, in der alle Betriebe zu kämpfen haben, vollkommen unverständlich. Einfach schade!
Great business, great atmosphere, great location - but unfortunately a (somewhat older) consultant who may have to do the wrong job here. Impatient, reserved, and obviously frustrated. We left the store without purchasing our requested items and went to VERY friendly competitors. In the Corona time, in which all companies are struggling, completely incomprehensible. Just a shame!
