Nach drei Wochen warte zeit, überrascht mich eine Mail mit der Rechnung für ihre Versandkosten, ob wohl es nicht meine schuld ist. Und noch zu erwähnen auf das Zertifikat warte ich noch immer. Certificate was wrong due to their typing errors (I wrote down all my personal data correctly). After three weeks of waiting, an email surprised me with the invoice for your shipping costs, whether it was not my fault. And to mention the certificate, I am still waiting.

Juni 2019: Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, es geht nicht darum, auch wenn Sie es in Ihren Kommentar so hinstellen, dass ich die Prüfung nicht bestanden habe und deswegen so eine Rezension abgebe, sondern wie ich am Telefon mein Ergebnis erfahren musste. Die Dame am Telefon war äußerst guter Laune und hatte mir lachend mitgeteilt, dass es doch besser wäre wenn ich noch Kurse besuchen würde und das nächste Mal mich doch besser vorbereiten sollte. Ich will mich eigentlich nicht rechtfertigen, doch habe ich zuvor einige Sachen unternommen, um diese Prüfung zu bestehen. Deshalb ist es um so unfreundlicher, am Telefon beinahe ausgelacht zu werden und sich noch Belehrungen unterzuziehen müssen, obwohl mich die besagte Dame nicht einmal kennt. Für mich war es das erste und letzte Mal bei einer Prüfung im Deutsch Studio. Hochachtungsvoll Khaled Aldali Totally unfriendly .. totally unsympathetic never again .... Comment on your reply of 22 June 2019: Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, It's not about it, even if you put it in your commentary so that I did not pass the exam and therefore give a review, but how I had to learn my result on the phone. The lady on the phone was in a very good mood and had laughingly informed me that it would be better if I still attend classes and the next time I should prepare better. I do not really want to justify it, but I've done some things to pass this exam. That's why it's all the more unfriendly to be almost laughed at on the phone and still have to undergo teachings, even though the said lady does not even know me.
