Very competent business. Even very old lawn mowers will be repaired, if possible and not a new one blown up. Very good and courteous customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist ziemlich armselig wenn man aus Wien kommt und hier einkauft und plötzlich merkt, es gibt doch noch Fachhändler wo der Kunde im Vordergrund steht! Beste Beratung, hatten Zeit für die dämlichsten fragen, waren unheimlich freundlich und haben eine riesige Auswahl an Top Geräten für den Garten. Wenn ich wieder etwas brauche, fahre ich nur wegen des einzigartigen Verkaufspersonal und wegen dem Kundenservice nach Klagenfurt. Solche Fachgeschäfte findet man nicht überall, schon gar nicht in Wien. Danke für das einzigartige Erlebnis und die Heckenschere ist der absolute Wahnsinn!
It is pretty poor if you come from Vienna and shop here and suddenly realize that there are still retailers where the customer is in the foreground! Best advice, had time for the stupidest questions, were incredibly friendly and have a huge selection of top devices for the garden. When I need something again, I only go to Klagenfurt for the unique sales staff and customer service. You won't find such specialty shops everywhere, especially not in Vienna. Thank you for the unique experience and the hedge trimmer is absolutely amazing!
