Eine Kontaktaufnahme mit der Firma erweist sich als mühsam, da Anrufe in den meisten Fällen nicht beantwortet werden. Erreicht man den Geschäftsführer, so wird einem jedesmal ein neuer Grund genannt, warum die Arbeiten am Dach um eine weitere Woche verschoben werden müssen. So werde ich seit fast einem halben Jahr als Kunde behandelt. Ich werde diese Firma nie wieder beauftragen.
 I've been waiting months for the work on my roof to be completed. Contacting the company proves to be tedious, as calls are not answered in most cases. When you reach the managing director, you are given a new reason every time why work on the roof has to be postponed for another week. I've been treated as a customer for almost six months. I will never use this company again.
