Von "der Kunde ist König" keine Spur. Der Betreiber hat von Kundenfreundlichkeit wohl in seinem ganzen Leben noch nicht gehört. For normal daily shopping might be nice but once the smallest problem occurs you will be rude served. From "the customer is king" no trace. The operator has probably never heard of customer friendliness in his entire life.

Auch bei Fehlkäufen (hatten diverse Hefte schon daheim) wurde problemlos zurück genommen. Bin immer gerne dort und meistens ist auch Zeit für ein kurzes Schwätzchen. Also von mir Daumen nach oben und weiter so.. Up to now has always been served in a friendly and nice way - both by the boss and by the staff. Even in the case of bad purchases (had various booklets already at home) it was taken back without any problems. I always enjoy being there and there is usually time for a short chat. So thumbs up from me and keep it up ..
