★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Aigner hat meinen Robomow am 13. Juni abgeholt und am 26. Juni nach einigen Anrufen zurück gebracht. Der Roboter hat weiter nicht funktioniert. Nachdem ich ihm sagte, ich werde direkt mit dem Importeur sprechen meinte er, dann werden sie mich ja nicht mehr brauchen und schickte mir die Telefonnummer. Auf der Hotline in Deutschland wurde ich bei 3 Anrufen auch nur vertröstet und nie zurück gerufen.
Mr Aigner picked up my Robomow on 13 June and returned it on 26 June after a few calls. The robot did not work. After I told him I would speak directly to the importer, he said, they will not need me anymore and sent me the phone number. On the hotline in Germany, I was only comforted with 3 calls and never called back.
