★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte schon sehr oft mit Maklern zu tun und ja, viel erlebt mit welchen Methoden manche arbeiten, aber dieser Immobilienmakler konnte mich wirklich noch überraschen: erst nach Legung eines Kaufanbotes wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Expose doch nicht so stimmt und dass das eine Anlegerwohnung ist und deshalb nun noch eine Umsatzsteuer dazukommt. Erst nach Legung einen Kaufanbotes kam diese Erkenntnis! Wirklich sehr unprofessionell.
 I've often had dealings with brokers and yes, I've seen a lot of the methods some work with, but this real estate agent really surprised me: only after I had made a purchase offer was I told that the expose wasn't quite right and that this was an investor's apartment is and therefore now a sales tax is added. Only after placing a purchase offer came this realization! Really very unprofessional.
