★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signora poco cortese e molto frettolosa. Alle domande rispondeva scocciata come se fosse obbligatorio conoscere i prodotti in vendita. Ha anche blaterato qualcosa sugli Italiani (o sull'Italia) con un altro cliente mentre eravamo dentro al negozio, non so cosa ma non ci è piaciuto. Ci ha invitato a scegliere in fretta perché voleva chiudere. Ci ha proprio trasmesso lo schifo che le facevamo. Peccato perché alloggiavamo a Turracher Höhe e volevamo comprare lì i souvenirs. Unica persona scortese che abbiamo incontrato in Austria in 10 giorni di vacanza. Può tenersi i suoi prodotti, li compreremo altrove senza disturbarla più
 Unfriendly and very hasty lady. To questions she replied annoyed as if it were mandatory to know the products on sale. He invited us to choose quickly because he wanted to close. She really gave us the disgust we did to her. Too bad because we were staying in Turracher Höhe and wanted to buy souvenirs there. Only rude person we met in Austria on a 10 day holiday. You can keep your products, we will buy them elsewhere without disturbing you anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider steht man vor verschlossener Tür - anders als bei den Öffnungszeiten hier angegeben. Passiert am Montag 20.09.2021, 15 Uhr. Und laut Plakat vor Ort wird das auch bis Donnerstag früh so bleiben. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schönes und umfangreiches Sortiment. Ein sauberer Laden, nur habe ich mich nicht Willkommen gefühlt. Die Verkäuferin war sehr kurz gehalten und ich kam mir vor als ob ich sie stören würde. Obwohl niemand außer mir im Laden war.
Nice and extensive range. A clean shop, only I didn't feel welcome. The saleswoman was kept very brief and I felt like I was bothering her. Although nobody was in the store but me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne, tolle Produkte .. Aber leider eine sehr unfreundliche Verkäuferin der es egal ist, wenn jemand dringenste, den Grundbedürfnissen entsprechende Informationen/Hilfe benötigt.
Dadurch konnten wir natürlich auch kein Geld auf der Turracher Höhe lassen, da wir auf schnellstem Wege ins Tal weiterfahren mussten. Natürlich fahren wir durch diese Problematik auch nicht mehr hin..
Sehr schade (für die Region) !!
Beautiful, great products .. But unfortunately a very unfriendly saleswoman who does not care if someone urgently needs information / help corresponding to the basic needs.
As a result, of course, we couldn't leave any money on the Turracher Höhe, as we had to continue to the valley as quickly as possible. Of course, due to this problem, we no longer go there either.
A shame (for the region) !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein kleiner netter Laden auf der Grenze zwischen Kärnten und Steiermark auf der Turracher Höhe mit großer Auswahl an Produkten des täglichen Gebrauches und Souvenirs und Zirbenprodukte und vieles mehr mit guter Beratung und freundlichen hilfsbereiten Personal da kann man schon mal vorbeischauen wenn man auf der Turracher Höhe ist.
A nice little shop on the border between Carinthia and Styria on the Turracher Höhe with a large selection of everyday products and souvenirs and stone pine products and much more with good advice and friendly, helpful staff, you can stop by when you are on the Turracher Höhe .

Preisleistung für dieses Geschäft ? nicht zu teuer.Einfach gemütlich durchgehen ,es findet jeder was!!Die Umgebung, nicht zu topen,tolle Aussicht die ganze Fahrt über,
A small hut, but with a large selection of products / souvenirs, clothing, groceries, etc. The lady * saleswoman was extremely friendly and accommodating. Value for money for this business ? not too expensive, just walk through comfortably, everyone will find something !!
