S	Silvia Sonnleitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schönes Hotel mit einen traumhaften Wellness Bereich . Das Zimmer mit dem Motto "Wildromantik" war sehr schön eingerichtet. Das 5 Gänge Menü ein Traum . Das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück vom Feinsten!! Very nice hotel with a fantastic wellness area. The room with the motto "wild romance" was very nicely furnished. The 5 course menu is a dream. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Breakfast at its finest!

Angefangen vom Ambiente, das wirklich mit Liebe eingerichtet ist und gepflegt wird, über den Wellnessbereich bis hin zum Personal. Letzteres möchte ich wirklich hervorheben. Das gesamte Personal ist wirklich ein sehr sehr freundlich und machen alles um die Gäste einen schönen Aufenthalt erleben zu lassen. Danke an unseren Kellner "Kai" und natürlich allen anderen Servicekräften für die ausgezeichnete Arbeit. Aber nicht zu vergessen, die wirklich ausgezeichnet gute Küche im Hotel Bergergut. Wir haben selten so gut gegessen wie in diesem Hotel. Erstklassige Haubenküche, einfach TOP. Macht weiter so, wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Salzburg Very great hotel for relaxation for two. We can highly recommend the Hotel Bergergut, everything is just right here. Starting with the ambience, which is really lovingly furnished and maintained, to the wellness area and the staff. I really want to emphasize the latter. The entire staff is really very friendly and do everything to ensure that the guests have a pleasant stay. Thanks to our waiter "Kai" and of course all other service staff for the excellent work. But not to forget the really excellent cuisine in the Hotel Bergergut. We have rarely eaten as well as in this hotel. First-class gourmet cuisine, simply TOP. Keep it up, we'll be back. Greetings from Salzburg

Von uns gibt es für Frühstück und Abendessen klare 5 Sterne, auch die Kellner und das Massagepersonal sind sehr bemüht und man fühlt sich gut umsorgt. Großes Lob für die einzigartigen Kreationen des Küchenchefs! Aufholbedarf haben aber ganz klar die Damen an der Rezeption, sei es beim telefonischen Erstkontakt als unsere Suite nach erfolgter Bestätigung nun doch nicht vorhanden war, man kam uns trotz eines vom Hotel verursachten Fehlers erst auf Nachfragen mit verlängertem Spa am Abreisetag entgegen. Bei einem Aufenthalt der für 2 Nächte erwa 800€ kostet sollte eine Entschuldigung und irgendein Entgegenkommen schon von selbst kommen! Das Spa hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen, jedoch sind die Pools sehr kühl und die Saunen leider erst ab 11Uhr in Betrieb. Very nice rooms and top kitchen! From us there are clear 5 stars for breakfast and dinner, the waiters and the massage staff try very hard and you feel well looked after. Kudos for the chef's unique creations! However, the ladies at the reception clearly have some catching up to do, be it when we first contacted them by phone when our suite was not available after confirmation, or despite an error caused by the hotel we were only met with an extended spa on the day of departure when we asked. With a 2 night stay costing around €800 an apology and some accommodations should come naturally! We generally liked the spa, but the pools are very cool and the saunas unfortunately only open from 11am.

G	GABRIELA SALAMANCA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best romantic hotel ever ?, I have to confess that I cannot help myself comparing them with other romantic hotels we have been and Bergergut is just the best, starting with thematic rooms, only adults, great service, excellent food and drinks. It’s a place to really disconnect, relax and enjoy quality time with your partner. Highly recommended, we have been there couple of times and looking forward for our next visit in October ?
