Kürzlich in den Bereich der BH-Hollabrunn übersiedelt wandte ich ich als Generali-Kunde zunächst per Telefon an die Generali in Hollabrunn. Frau Hartl löste sofort mein Anliegen, rief wie vereinbart an, sobald die Kennzeichen auflagen. Immer sehr höflich, nett und freundlich freute ich mich auf das persönliche Kennenlernen. Ich wurde in einer sehr netten Atmosphäre empfangen, die beiden Damen gaben sofort Tipps, wie ich die alten gegen die neuen Taferln tausche, damit das Fzg nicht ohne Kennzeichen auf der Straße steht, wickelten zwischenzeitig den bürokratischen Teil ab und hatten noch ein paar persönliche Worte für mich als "Neuzugang" in Guntersdorf parat! Dass ich 2x (!!) angerufen wurde, dass das rote Taferl schon da ist, war eine unerwartete schöne Draufgabe! SO SOLL ES SEIN und wird sicher auch künftig so gelebt werden!! Vielen Dank! B. Recently moved to the BH Hollabrunn area, as a Generali customer, I first contacted Generali in Hollabrunn by phone. Ms. Hartl resolved my request immediately, called as agreed as soon as the license plates were applied. Always very polite, nice and friendly, I looked forward to getting to know each other personally. I was welcomed in a very nice atmosphere, the two ladies immediately gave tips on how to swap the old ones for the new ones so that the vehicle wasn't on the street without license plates, in the meantime handled the bureaucratic part and had a few personal words ready for me as a "newcomer" in Guntersdorf! The fact that I was called twice (!!) that the red plate is already there was an unexpected nice bonus! SO IT SHOULD BE and will certainly be lived this way in the future too! Thanks very much! B.
