I gib dem ganzen 5 von 7 Sternen, weils an ungefähr 5 von 7 Wochentagen überhaupt geat I liked to write a lot of questions about the review, but because your super internet is down all the time, I can now add it. I give the whole 5 out of 7 stars because it was good on about 5 out of 7 days of the week
M	Murat Elibal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruft man 5 mal an immer gleiche rede (wir rufen sie in 10 minuten an) ruft keine zurück, habe 4 mal vor ort reden gegangen erfolglos, habe termin bekommen aber sind keine gekommen, sollten sie normal 2 minuten vorbei kommen im kasten schauen und sagen ob ich kabel verlegen kann oder nicht, für des laufe ich seit monate hinter dem her, ärgerlich If you call 5 times always the same speech (we call you in 10 minutes) do not call back, have gone to the site 4 times unsuccessful, have got an appointment but have not come, you should come and see in the box normally 2 minutes past and say whether i can lay cables or not, i have been running for months after that, annoying
B	Biasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letzte Woche wurde bei meiner Wohnung Kabel TV und das Internet von den Gemeindewerke Telfs installiert. Bisher bin ich mit dem Internetempfang sowie mit dem Kabel TV sehr zufrieden. Verglichen mit unserem vorherigen Internet von A1 welches über DSL lief, hat das Internet von den Gemeindewerken einfache eine konstantere und stabilere Verbindung. Auch der Techniker konnte mir, trotz den vielen Feiertagen zur Weihnachtszeit, mit einem frühen Termin sehr entgegenkommen und erwies sich somit mir gegenüber als sehr flexibel, die Installation wurde in kürzester Zeit erledigt. Insgesamt vergebe ich in meiner Rezension 5 Sterne, das Produkt stimmt und die Abwicklung war einfach perfekt. Last week, cable TV and the Internet were installed by the Telfs municipal works in my apartment. So far I am very satisfied with the internet reception and the cable TV. Compared to our previous Internet from A1, which ran over DSL, the Internet from the municipal works has a more constant and stable connection. Even the technician, despite the many public holidays at Christmas time, was able to accommodate me very early and proved to be very flexible towards me, the installation was completed in a very short time. Overall, I give 5 stars in my review, the product is right and the handling was just perfect.

Wir wurden weder über die Preisänderungen informiert (erst durch eine Mahnung) noch, dass unser Modem veraltet war. Seit mehreren Monaten funktionierte weder Internet noch Kabel TV. Trotz mehrmaluger Kontaktaufnahme wurde uns nur gesagt wir sollen unser Modem tauschen, dies sollen wir aber selbst erledigen. Als wir schließlich einen Technikertermin haffen, kam dieser einfach nicht. Finger weg von dieser Firma! Mit unserem neuen Anbieter sind wir wesentlich besser dran und da stimmt auch der Service. We were customers for some time now and we were treated like the last shit. We were not informed about the price changes (only through a reminder) nor that our modem was out of date. For several months neither the internet nor cable TV worked. Despite repeated contact, we were only told to replace our modem, but we should do it ourselves. When we finally got a technician appointment, it just didn't come. Stay away from this company! We are much better off with our new provider and the service is also good.

Accounting presumably outsourced to the Höpperger company -> somewhere between building rubble and bulky waste !!!!!! Unfortunately 0-star is not possible.

Die Installation erfolgte prompt und telefonisch erreicht man dort sofort jemand. We got Funklan Internet from the Telfs municipal utility and are very satisfied. The internet is fast and stable. The installation took place promptly and someone can be reached immediately by phone.

Bis dato wurden ALLE kleineren (größere gab es nicht) Probleme sofort und professionell behoben. Schnelles Internet zu fairen Preisen, Kabel-TV top, und wenn mal was nicht funktioniert, kommt sofort kompetente Hilfe. Ich kann nur sagen – top! We have been a customer for cable TV and Internet for years - also commercially until 2019. So far, ALL minor (there weren't any major) problems have been resolved immediately and professionally. Fast internet at fair prices, great cable TV, and if something doesn't work, competent help comes immediately. I can only say - great!
