Sad that the residual waste is not collected more often ... in the summer the bin is already alive ..... in many other communities once a week for the same money .....

B	Benni Jahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlicher Kundenservice. Umstieg auf größere Tonne komplett unproblematisch und preislich auch sehr in Ordnung. Very friendly customer service. Switching to a larger bin is completely unproblematic and the price is also very good.
S	Sabrina Wiesinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ständig Ärger mit dem Restmüll. Wenn die Tonne nicht komplett zu gegangen ist wurde der Müll der oben lag einfach da gelassen. Gut das steht in den Bestimmungen. Jedoch wird bei anderen Nachbarn nicht nur die über volle Tonne entleert, es werden auch normale Müllsäcke welche neben der Tonne stehen mitgenommen. Habe mich 5x beschwert da ich die überteuerten Säcke der Gemeinde zusätzlich zahlen muss und bei anderen wird es einfach mitgenommen (Freundalwirtschaft??). War jedesmal weiterhin ein Problem. Haben uns jetzt eine größere Tonne genommen wo wir natürlich auch das doppelte zahlen müssen. Vom Vorstand kam auf eine Mail noch die Frechheit "er sei zwar kein Unternehmen sondern nur eine stellvertretende Person des Unternehmens aber okay". Weil ich die Mail mit "Sehr geehrtes Unternehmen.." begonnen habe und ihn nicht direkt mit Name angeschrieben habe (mit einem damals 5 Wochen alten Baby zu Hause bin ich froh überhaupt schreiben zu können). Dann meinte er auch noch ich trenne sicher falsch und hab deswegen zu viel Müll. Danke für die Info aber mit 3 Katzen ist schon mal die halbe Tonne mit Streu voll bei so langen Wartezeiten bis die Tonne entleert wird. Und dass man für die Windelsäcke noch extra bezahlt finde ich auch eine Abzocke. Constant trouble with the residual waste. If the bin was not completely closed, the garbage that was on top was simply left there. Well that's in the regulations. However, with other neighbors not only the full bin is emptied, normal garbage bags that are next to the bin are also taken. I complained 5 times because I have to pay the overpriced sacks of the community in addition and others simply take it with me (Freundalwirtschaft ??). Always was a problem. We have now taken a bigger barrel where we of course have to pay twice as much. In response to an e-mail from the board of directors, the cheek was that "he may not be a company but only a representative of the company but okay". Because I started the email with "Dear Company .." and didn't write to him directly by name (with a baby at home that was 5 weeks old at the time, I'm happy to be able to write at all). Then he also said I am sure I am wrong and because of that I have too much rubbish. Thanks for the info, but with 3 cats, half the bin is full of litter with such long waiting times until the bin is emptied. And that you pay extra for the diaper bags, I also think it's a rip off.
m	maria Wunderl-Retter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dem Abfallverband Baden - vor allem für die hervorragende, freundliche und vor allem lösungsorientierte Mitarbeiterin Doris Hahnl - nicht nur großes Lob - sondern Gratulation! Alles wurde ohne viel Aufwand gelöst - obwohl wirklich schwierig und eigentlich GVA nichts dafür konnte, sondern das "Problem" bei der Post lag. Aber Frau Hahnl hat alles gelöst! Generell bin ich mit dem GVA sehr zufrieden und das schon seit vielen Jahren. Maria Wunderl-Retter The waste association of Baden - especially for the excellent, friendly and above all solution-oriented employee Doris Hahnl - not only great praise - but congratulations! Everything was solved without much effort - although really difficult and GVA couldn't help it, but the "problem" lay with the Post. But Ms. Hahnl solved everything! In general, I am very satisfied with the GVA and have been for many years. Maria Wunderl Savior
J	Josef Maier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Fransche ist nicht fähig einen Vorname von Eva auf Josefam Rechnungskopf zu ändern. Auch keine Mails findet er nicht der Mühe wert, zu beantworten. Kundenservice am Bürger sieht anders aus.... Sehr wohl die Adresse von meiner Ex-Frau die nach Wien gezogen ist heraus zu finden um die Rechnung auf diese Adresse zu senden. So einfach ist es eine Adresse in Österreich heraus zu bekommen. Ob daß mit unseren Datenschutz zu vereinbaren ist..... Sollte ich in nächster Zeit doch eine Antwort von Herrn Fransche bekommen, werde ich es auf dieser Plattform veröffentlichen. mfg Mr. Fransche is not able to change a first name from Eva to Josef on the invoice header. He doesn't find any emails worth answering either. Customer service at the citizen looks different ... Very well to find out the address of my ex-wife who moved to Vienna in order to send the invoice to this address. It's that easy to find an address in Austria. Whether that is to be agreed with our data protection ..... Should I get an answer from Mr. Fransche in the near future, I will publish it on this platform. Kind regards
