★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da hat man das Gefühl das einfach keine Modernisierung akzeptiert wird. Bei meiner Paketabholung wurde mir klipp und klar nur gesagt; nächstes Mal den Schein mitnehmen. Ich habe den Abholschein online natürlich vorzeigen können. Antwort war, das ist egal in ihren Postkasten haben Sie einen in Papier. Für mich ist Nachhaltigkeit ein anderer Begriff. Und Freundlichkeit genauso, wie man schön sagt der Ton macht die Musik.der Rest der Mitarbeiter ist wirklich immer sehr hilfsbereit,eine Dame zeigt aber einen deutlich das man genervt ist. Nur aus diesen Grund gibts 2 Sterne Abzug.
You get the feeling that modernization is simply not accepted. When I picked up my parcel, I was told in no uncertain terms; next time take the bill with you. Of course, I was able to show the collection slip online. Answer was, it doesn't matter if you have a paper in your mailbox. For me, sustainability is a different term. And friendliness just as they say the sound makes the music. The rest of the staff is really always very helpful, but a lady clearly shows you that you are annoyed. Only for this reason there is a 2 star deduction.
