Das kann jedem mal passieren, und keine(r) hat sich ein Schreiben verdient, das derart barsch und unhöflich daherkommt.
Partly incomplete and incorrect information. And if you forget to pay a community fee immediately, there is a very impolite written first reminder. This can happen to anyone, and no one deserves a letter that comes across as harsh and rude.
