M	Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Terrasse stand Müll und Dreck. Dem Essen fehlte das Dressing, es schmeckte nach gar nichts. Die Tasse Tee war nicht mal halb voll. Auf den höflichen Hinweis zum ungewürzten Essen gab es keine Reaktion. Zu guter Letzt wurde ungefragt von Barzahlung ausgegangen, Kartenzahlung konnte nicht mehr ermöglicht werden. Wir mussten zum Bankomat um den Fehler der Kellnerin auszubügeln. Keine Entschuldigung, freche Reaktion, schlechte Laune der Kellnerin. Die Schuld schiebt sie auf ihren Chef. Nie wieder. There was trash and dirt on the terrace. The food was missing the dressing, it tasted like nothing. The cup of tea wasn't even half full. There was no reaction to the polite advice about unseasoned food. Last but not least, cash payments were assumed without being asked, card payments could no longer be made possible. We had to go to the ATM to iron out the waitress's mistake. No apology, cheeky reaction, waitress bad mood. She puts the blame on her boss. Never again.

Die Früchte waren frisch und die Portionen haben genau die richtige Größe. Es sollte trotzdem erwähnt werden, dass die Preise dem Ort entsprechen. Ich finde 9€ für einen Becher Eis zu viel. Auch wenn er extrem gut war. Deswegen ein Stern Abzug. Andere Rezensenten haben geschrieben, das Personal wäre unfreundlich. Das kann ich so nicht ganz bestätigen, ich vermute das kommt vom Stress. Auf der Terrasse wird relativ laute (moderne) Musik gespielt. Wem das nicht passt, sollte das Café eher vermeiden. The location and the terrace are great?. Gewärmt durch die Heizschwammerl kann man auch im Jänner bei Minusgraden wunderbar outdoor sitzen - den herrlichen Blick zum Schloßhotel dabei genießen... Recommendable ... Already because of the friendly staff ... Warmed by the heating mushrooms you can sit wonderfully outdoors even in January when the temperature is below zero - enjoy the wonderful view of the castle hotel ...
