The location is beautiful and remote.
The property is very nice.
But the owner is a very dishonest person that will try anything to squeeze out any extra penny from you in any possible way.
In addition to that he is also very rude, racist, and full of hate to people of different origins.
He made some Antisemitic highly racist comments to us when confronted for his ugly dishonest behavior.
Do yourself a favor, take you money somewhere else and pay it to someone decent.
You would feel much better and make this world a little better.
