★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe zu meiner großen Zufriedenheit 2 Violinen zu Reparatur und Service gegeben und bekam sie nicht nur repariert, sondern deutlich verbessert wieder. Bei einer der beiden, einer wertvollen Geige mit seltsamem Klang und einem viel zu schmalen Griffbrett würde dieses erneuert, der Steg ausgewechselt, angepasst und neu platziert, sodass das schöne Instrument wieder klingt und erstmals gut spielbar ist.
Bei der anderen gab es einen unter anderem einen kritischen Sprung im Wirbelkasten. Der in kleinen Holzstückchen eingelegte Rand der Geige wurde sehr schön repariert.

 To my great satisfaction, I gave 2 violins for repair and service and not only got them repaired, but also improved a lot. In one of the two, a precious violin with a strange sound and a much too narrow fretboard would be renewed, the bridge replaced, adjusted and repositioned so that the beautiful instrument sounds again and is playable for the first time.
The other one had a critical jump in the pegbox, among other things. The edge of the violin inserted in small pieces of wood was very nicely repaired.
