★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferdinand Ier d'Autriche, né à Vienne le 19 avril 1793 et mort à Prague le 29 juin 1875) est empereur d'Autriche, roi de Hongrie et roi de Bohême sous le nom de Ferdinand V du 2 mars 1835 au 2 décembre 1848. Il fut également roi de Lombardie-Vénétie.
Fils aîné de l'empereur François Ier d'Autriche, il lui succède en 1835 tout en conservant au pouvoir le tout-puissant Klemens Wenzel von Metternich, comme chancelier d'Empire. Il est le dernier roi de Bohême à être couronné en la cathédrale Saint-Guy de Prague ; son successeur, monté sur le trône suite aux révolutions de 1848, ne se pliera pas à cet usage. Réputé peu subtil, l'empereur Ferdinand est surnommé affectueusement par les Tchèques Ferdinand Dobrotivý (Ferdinand le Bon) et plus méchamment par les Autrichiens Ferdinand der Gütige (Ferdinand le Bénin) ou plus encore Gütinand der Fertige (Béni-oui-oui le Fini).
 Ferdinand I of Austria, born in Vienna on April 19, 1793 and died in Prague on June 29, 1875) is Emperor of Austria, King of Hungary and King of Bohemia under the name of Ferdinand V from March 2, 1835 to December 2, 1848. He was also king of Lombardy-Veneto.
The eldest son of Emperor Francis I of Austria, he succeeded him in 1835 while retaining the power of the all-powerful Klemens Wenzel von Metternich, as Chancellor of the Empire. He is the last king of Bohemia to be crowned in St. Vitus Cathedral of Prague; his successor, ascended to the throne after the revolutions of 1848, will not bow to this custom. Renowned not very subtle, Emperor Ferdinand is affectionately nicknamed by the Czechs Ferdinand Dobrotivý (Ferdinand the Good) and more badly by the Austrians Ferdinand der Gütige (Ferdinand Benin) or even more Gütinand der Fertige (Blessed-yes-yes the Finished) .
