Diese wird gut betreut und verwaltet, so dass wir uns großteils um nichts zu kümmern brauchen. Have the best experience. We live in a beautiful Gebös apartment. This is well looked after and managed so that we don't have to worry about anything for the most part.

Aber das Personal dahinter ist eine Katastrophe am Telefon so außerordentlich unfreundlich als wärst du für die der letzte Dreck!! Ich möchte trotzdem die 5 Sterne geben da die wohnungen wirklich toll sind und es nie Probleme gab !! Also wem die unfreundlichkeit egal ist der ist hier richtig!! Mich haben sie leider vergrault!! The apartments are terrific and everything runs smoothly !! But the staff behind it is a disaster on the phone so extremely unfriendly as if you were the last muck !! I would still like to give the 5 stars because the apartments are really great and there were never any problems! So if the unfriendliness doesn't matter, this is the place for you !! Unfortunately they scared me !!

Es wird jedem Anliegen, jeder Frage, schnell, nett und vor allem mit Kompetenz nachgegangen. Davon können sich andere Hausverwaltungen/Genossenschaften eine Scheibe abschneiden!! Top Genossenschaft mit tollen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern!! ? We live in a Gebös apartment in Schwechat and have from the first contact until today only positive experiences. It will answer every request, every question, fast, nice and above all with competence. Of this, other property management / cooperatives can cut a slice !! Top cooperative with great employees !! ?
P	Peter Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe jetzt drei Jahre lang diesen Alptraum "Gebös" mitgemacht, Gott sei Dank konnte ich endlich in eine neue Wohnung ziehen. Es wird auf Anliegen meistens nicht reagiert, kommt mal jemand vorbei ist das meist ein Herr der kein Deutsch spricht und einfach irgendwas (im Pfusch?) macht. I've been through this "Gebös" nightmare for three years now, thank God I was finally able to move into a new apartment. There is usually no response to concerns, if someone comes by, it is usually a gentleman who does not speak German and just does something (botched?).

Kaputte Haustüre mit massiven Einbruchspuren und beim Boden rausreißen, weil wir einen Neuen verlegen wollten, Blutlachen unter den Böden als wäre Jemand ermordert worden!! Kein weiterhelfen oder Verständnis. Nach 2 Monaten den Mietvertrag wieder gekündigt. War sehr froh dass ich meine alte Wohnung noch nicht hergegeben hatte. Never again a Gebös apartment. Broken front door with massive signs of burglary and tearing out the floor because we wanted to relocate a new one, puddles of blood under the floors as if someone had been murdered !! No help or understanding. After 2 months the lease was canceled. Was very happy that I hadn't given up my old apartment.
P	Peter Burianek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit Gebös gemacht. Immer wieder verkalgte Armaturen überall und was ich weiß, bin ich nicht der einzige. Warmwasser kommt nur minimal raus, wenn man nicht monatlich die Armaturen runterschraubt und selbst reinigt. Der Wärmetauscher sollte getauscht werden laut Installateur. Gebös ist es egal. Schon lange. Meldet man sich, wird man vertröstet. Man muss anscheinend damit leben, oder umziehen. Unfortunately I had very bad experiences with Gebös. Fittings all over the place were calcified and what I know, I'm not the only one. Warm water only comes out minimally if you don't turn the fittings down every month and clean them yourself. According to the installer, the heat exchanger should be replaced. It doesn't matter badly. Long time. If you report, you will be put off. Apparently you have to live with it, or move.
M	Martin Steckbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bis Ende letzten Jahres in einer Gebös Wohnung in Leoben gewohnt. Als die Genossenschaft das Haus noch nicht gekauft hatte war alles super. Ab dem Moment in dem die Gebös das Haus übernommen hat kümmerte sich keiner mehr um dieses, sie schauten nicht welche Nachmieter sie rein ließen und auf Anrufe/Emails wurde - wenn überhaupt - erst nach Wochen geantwortet. Wenn man bei der Telefonnummer der Gebös anruft und nach speziellen Leuten (bei uns den in Leoben zuständigen Personen) fragt und durchgestellt werden möchte heißt es fast immer nur „ist im Homeoffice und daher nicht erreichbar“ (schonmal was von Handys gehört?) oder „ist in einer Besprechung“ oder „die ist gerade auf Kaffee/Mittagspause“ oder „die hat Urlaub/Zeitausgleich“ etc. (Unendlich viele Ausreden) Weiters wurden falsche Betriebsabrechnungen geschickt. Wenn man sie darauf aufmerksam macht, dass etwas falsch abgerechnet wurde heißt es nicht „tut uns leid das haben wir übersehen“ sondern „ja werde mir das anschauen - pip,pip,pip - aufgelegt“ Bin sehr froh nicht mehr in einer Gebös Wohnung zu leben. I lived in a Gebös apartment in Leoben until the end of last year. When the cooperative had not yet bought the house, everything was great. From the moment the Gebös took over the house, nobody took care of it anymore, they didn't look at which new tenants they let in and calls/emails were only answered after weeks - if at all. If you call the Gebös phone number and ask for special people (in our case the people responsible in Leoben) and want to be put through, it almost always says "is in the home office and therefore not available" (ever heard of cell phones?) or " is in a meeting" or "she's having coffee/lunch break" or "she's on vacation/time off" etc. (An infinite number of excuses) Wrong business statements were also sent. If you draw your attention to the fact that something was wrongly billed, it doesn't say "sorry, we missed that" but "yes, I'll look at it - pip, pip, pip - hung up" I'm very glad to no longer live in a Gebös apartment.
