★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf 3 Mails keine Antwort. Nach einem Anruf bei einer Mitarbeiterin dort wurde mir gesagt, mein Anliegen werde weitergeleitet - immer noch keine Antwort.
Kam jetzt endlich einmal direkt beim Empfang telefonisch durch und dann konnte mir dort keiner zu ihren eigenen Produkten eine Auskunft geben...
 No response to 3 emails. After calling a member of staff there, I was told that my request was being forwarded - still no answer.
Finally came by phone directly at the reception and then nobody there could give me information about their own products ...
