V	Valentin Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich mir zwei Weisheitszähne bei DDr. Ratschew entfernen habe lassen, kann ich mit Zuversicht sagen, dass er zu den absoluten Top-Ärzten in Wien gehört. 1. Fachliche Kompetenz: Meine Weisheitszähne wurden zügig und komplett schmerzfrei entfernt. Anschließend wurde die Wunde professionell und sauber genäht, sodass die Heilung sehr schnell verlief und ich bereits nach einem Tag fast keine Beschwerden mehr hatte. 2. Soziale Kompetenz: Während der Behandlung werden Patienten jederzeit informiert, was gerade in ihrem Mund geschieht, sodass der Patient sich gut auf die Behandlung einstellen kann. Zudem geht DDr. Ratschew individuell auf die Patienten ein (zB wenn es um individuelle Medikamentenunverträglichkeiten geht). 3. Organisation: Während ich bei anderen Zahnärzten oftmals 30-45 Minuten warten musste bis ich an der Reihe war, wurde ich bei DDr. Ratschew meistens innerhalb von 5 min aufgerufen (ich hatte insgesamt 6 Termine). Zudem ist der Warteraum sehr einladend gestaltet, sodass auch Menschen, die ein wenig Angst vor dem Zahnarzt-Besuch haben, entspannter warten können. Kurzum, nach meiner Erfahrung ist DDr. Ratschew genauso wie man sich einen Zahnarzt wünscht. 10/10 After I got two wisdom teeth from DDr. Having had Ratschew removed, I can say with confidence that he is one of the absolute top doctors in Vienna. 1. Professional competence: My wisdom teeth were removed quickly and completely painlessly. The wound was then professionally and neatly sewn so that healing went very quickly and I had almost no complaints after just one day. 2. Social competence: During the treatment, patients are informed at all times of what is happening in their mouth, so that the patient can prepare well for the treatment. In addition, DDr. Ratschew individually to the patient (e.g. when it comes to individual drug intolerance). 3. Organization: While other dentists often had to wait 30-45 minutes before it was my turn, DDr. Ratchev usually called within 5 minutes (I had a total of 6 appointments). In addition, the waiting room is very inviting, so that people who are a little afraid of visiting the dentist can wait more relaxed. Für Beratungen ist er offen und ebenso teilt er seine professionelle Meinung mit, ohne auf den eigenen Profit zu schauen. Ich muss ihm ein großes Lob zusprechen! Leider habe ich bei anderen Zahnärzten Pfusch erleben müssen, was bei diesem Zahnarzt nicht der Fall ist. Termine bekommt man recht schnell und ich könnte nicht zufriedener sein. Vielen Dank an den Herrn Doktor und das liebe Team, Frau Miertoiu Dr. Ratschew works very conscientiously and explains the processes to his patients very precisely. A	Antonia Its Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kanns gar nicht in Worte fassen, wie positiv überrascht ich war, als die Entfernung meines Weisheitszahnes (oben) nur 2 Minuten gedauert hat, ohne Schmerzen und ganz einfach. Es hieß es würde 10 Min dauern aber nein, 2 Minuten und der Zahn war raus. Unglaubliches Erlebnis! Zusätzlich ist Herr Dr. äußerst freundlich, positiv gestimmt, ruhig, hat ein offenes Ohr und keinen Zeitstress und sehr menschlich. Bin über eine Empfehlung gekommen und kann Dr. Ratschew nur weiterempfehlen! Die Dame von der Rezeption und Assistentin war auch sehr freundlich, sowohl telefonisch als auch vor Ort. Den Termin hab ich such sehr schnell bekommen. Alles mehr als super! Ein paar Stunden nach der Behandlung hab ich keine Schwellung und keine Schmerzen.... und ich durfte meinen Zahn in einer kleinen Box mitnehmen. :-) I can't put into words how pleasantly surprised I was when the removal of my wisdom tooth (above) only took 2 minutes, without pain and very easily. They said it would take 10 minutes but no, 2 minutes and the tooth was out. Incredible experience! In addition, Dr. extremely friendly, positive mood, calm, has an open ear and no time stress and very human. I came across a recommendation and can Dr. I can only recommend Ratschew! The receptionist and assistant was also very friendly, both on the phone and on site. I got the appointment very quickly. Everything more than great! A few hours after the treatment I have no swelling and no pain ... and I was allowed to take my tooth with me in a small box. :-)

Stress und hört einem zu. Er ist einfühlsam und hat mir meine Weisheitszähne innerhalb wenigen Minuten schmerzfrei entfernt. Ich bin super zufrieden und finde 5 Sterne sind zu wenig. I was always terrified of the dentist, which is no longer necessary here. the Dr. is super human, has no time pressure or stress at all and listens to you. He is sensitive and has removed my wisdom teeth painlessly within a few minutes. I am very satisfied and think 5 stars are not enough.

Zähne ziehen gehört zu den unangenehmen Notwendigkeiten. Hier wird mit viel Feingefühl und Kompetenz gearbeitet. In einem Vorgespräch wird das Vorhaben besprochen und alle offenen Fragen beantwortet. Man fühlt sich gut dabei und in guten Händen. Der Eingriff wird genau erklärt. Das Zähne ziehen wird so angenehm wie möglich erledigt. Dabei wird erklärt, was getan wird. Mir hat sehr geholfen, dass die Zähne ohne herumwerkeln, wie ich das auch schon erlebt habe, entfernt wurden. Das hat in der Folge zu erheblich weniger Schmerzen geführt. Gut, dass es Ärzte gibt, die wertschätzend mit Patienten umgehen und so ihrer Profession mehr als gerecht werden! There is an absolute professional at work. Aber hier ist ein Profi am Werk. Ich habe bei der Entfernung nichts gespürt, bin immer Informiert worden welcher Schritt als nächstes kommt, und hatte danach nicht mal eine wirkliche Schwellung im Gesicht. Wirklich ein Klasse Zahnarzt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Schön Grüße an Hrn. Dr. Ratschew und sein Team. I'm one of those people who don't like going to the dentist, like so many, especially not when it comes to removing wisdom teeth. But there is a professional at work here. I didn't feel anything during the removal, I was always informed which step was next, and after that I didn't even have any real swelling on my face. Really a great dentist. I can only recommend.
