Natürlich gibt es auch Currywurst und Pommes. Klar. Wollen viele. Aber für den Kenner gibt Franz immer mittags sein Bestes und verwöhnt alle Gaumen. Ohne Pommes. Regionale und kreative österreichische Küche vom Feinsten. Das sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Franz nimmt auf nette Anfrage jeden Interessierten gerne in die WA Gruppe der Kenner auf. So kann man, wenn es passt, sein leckeres Menü reservieren lassen und freut sich auf die Mittagszeit. Und man wird zwischen 12:00-13:00 verwöhnt ohnegleichen. Die Bilder zeigen nur einen kleinen Teil seines Repertoires. Sowie sein Kochbuch in dritter Auflage erscheint, bestelle ich eines. Aber das Nachkochen, das ist schon klar, wird mir nicht so gelingen wie hier vor Ort. Am herrlichen Haldensee in Tirol beim Franz Huber! Im ersten Stock kann man sogar ganz heimelig feiern. Auf geht's! Aber Achtung: Es handelt sich nicht um Diätküche! Hello. "Niche cooks!" That's the name of the cookbook of Franz Huber, the top chef of this modest-looking inn. Of course, there are currywurst and fries too, of course. But for the connoisseur Franz always gives his best at lunchtime and spoils all palates. Without fries. The pictures show only a small part of his repertoire. As soon as his cookbook appears in third edition, I order one. But the cooking, that is already clear, I will not succeed as here on site. On the beautiful Haldensee in Tyrol with Franz Huber! On the first floor you can even celebrate very homely. Here we go! But beware: it is not dietetic!
