Die Speisenkarte überzeugt mit regionaler und bodenständiger Küche, frischen typischen Zutaten und einer Auswahl, die für jeden Gast das Richtige enthält. Die Speisen waren hervorragend zubereitet und haben uns voll überzeugt. Besonders die Spinatknödel waren unser Favorit- ein einfaches Gericht hervorragend interpretiert mit geriebenem Hartkäse und gemahlenem Pfeffer. Absolut empfehlenswert ist unsere Einschätzung, nachdem wir uns 3 mal durch die Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte und Desserts gegessen haben. Danke für diese wunderbare Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gern wieder During our vacation in Rettenegg, we had a total of 3 excellent meals at the Gasthaus zur Klause. The menu convinces with regional and down-to-earth cuisine, fresh typical ingredients and a selection that contains the right thing for every guest. The dishes were excellently prepared and fully convinced us. The spinach dumplings in particular were our favorite - a simple dish perfectly interpreted with grated hard cheese and ground pepper. Our assessment is highly recommended after we have eaten our way through the starters, main courses and desserts 3 times. Thank you for this wonderful hospitality, we would love to come back

Auch das Backhendl war sehr gut. Grosse Portionen. Leider mussten wir relativ lange aufs Essen warten, obwohl es ein Wochentag mittags war, dafür war alles frisch zubereitet. Für eine Nachspeise hatten wir leider keinen Platz mehr. Der Wirtin entwich leider kein Willkommenslächeln, offenbar waren wir ihr zu fremd. Das hätte unserem Besuch noch die nötige gastfreundliche Würze verliehen. Simple country inn, but very good home-style cooking. Meat strudel soup excellent, the cordon bleu very tasty, with spicy ham in it. The fried chicken was also very good. Big portion. Unfortunately, we had to wait a relatively long time for food, even though it was a weekday at noon, and everything was freshly prepared. Unfortunately we had no more space for dessert. Unfortunately, the landlady didn’t escape a welcoming smile, apparently we were too strangers to her. That would have given our visit the necessary hospitable flavor.

So wie die langjährige Erfahrung zeigt - ein ausgezeichnetes Gasthaus mit sehr freundlicher Wirtin und exzellentem Essen. Das 4-Gänge-Menü war ein Traum, die gefüllten Ravioli sind auf der Zunge zergangen und der Saibling perfekt gebraten mit einem wunderbaren Salat, der das Essen abgerundet hat. Die Dessertvariationen waren nicht nur extrem schön angerichtet, sondern so köstlich, dass wir gar nicht mehr aufhören konnten zu Genießen. Danke, Danke, Danke - für so einen schönen Abend. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, das Frühstück reichlich und sehr gut aber am besten ist das Esse a la carte. Die Wirtin kocht ausgesprochen gut und gehoben - die Karte ist erfreulich klein gehalten, die Weine waren hervorragend, die Wirtsstube sehr gemütlich. Wir werden wieder vorbeischauen - ein echter Geheimtipp! We went cross-country skiing in Joglland for a weekend and happened to book in the Klause. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and very good, but the best was the a la carte menu. The landlady cooks extremely well and upscale - the menu is pleasingly small, the wines were excellent, the snuggery very cozy. We will stop by again - a real insider tip!

Sind wir froh, dass es noch solche Wirtinnen gibt die so kochen können und dankbar, dass wir hier essen dürfen!!! Honest people cook honest food here! Steht selber in der Küche und zaubert hervorragende selbstgemachte Gerichte gemeinsam mit Ihrer Tochter auf dem Teller. Managt das Lokal und bewirtet noch dazu!!! Wir können das Familien Unternehmen auf alles Fälle sehr positiv weiterempfehlen! Great kitchen! My utmost respect to the boss! Stands in the kitchen herself and conjures up excellent homemade dishes on the plate together with your daughter. Manages the restaurant and also hosts!!! We were welcomed in a rather unfriendly way and had to wait way too long for the service, although the restaurant was less than half empty. Food was ok, but not outstanding, except the deer carpaccio, which was excellent.
