T	Thomas Schreiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bewertung für einen 4 Nächte Aufenthalt für Tageswanderungen im August 2021 Positives: - Lage des Hauses optimal für zahlreiche Wanderungen - generell gute Küche, üppige Portionen, umfangreiche Speisekarte (Abendessen) - ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus - gemütliche Terrasse im Freien - kleiner Adeg-Supermarkt gleich nebenan mit ausreichendem Sortiment Negatives: - mangelnde Hygiene im Badezimmer (bei Ankunft lagen im "fertig gemachten" Bad dicke Haarbüschel mit langen Haaren) - beim Abendessen teils schon zu häufiges, regelmäßiges Fragen, ob man noch etwas haben möchte, "ob alles passt", teils alle 5 min (da geht es wohl mehr darum, möglichst viel Umsatz mit Getränken zu machen ...?) - strikt abgezähltes Frühstücksbuffet (1 Ei pro Person, es gibt auch keines nach, trotz höflichem Nachfragen ist dies nicht möglich), und auffällig, dass anders als beim Abendessen niemand nachfragt, ob noch alles passt oder man etwas nachhaben möchte (dieselbe Kellnerin!) - für Wandergäste unangenehm späte Frühstückszeiten (07:30 - 10:00) und zu frühe Abendessenszeiten (um 19:30 ist absolutes Ende in der Küche, dann bekommt niemand mehr etwas, nicht mal eine Nachspeise) - auffällig viele Fliegen in der Stube, es wird dagegen gar nichts gemacht, überall sitzen sie, ziemlich lästig beim Essen Für Preis/Leistung insgesamt etwas zu teurer. Kann mir gut vorstellen, dass dieses Haus früher besser war (3* Hotel ist es in meinen Augen nicht), aber jetzt dürfte es an Motivation (und vor allem ehrlicher Freude daran, Gastwirt zu sein) mangeln, und Gewinnmaximierung im Vordergrund stehen. Rating for a 4 night stay for day hikes in August 2021 Positive: - The location of the house is ideal for numerous hikes - Generally good cuisine, generous portions, extensive menu (dinner) - Sufficient parking space in front of the house - cozy outdoor terrace - Small Adeg supermarket right next door with a sufficient range Negatives: - Poor hygiene in the bathroom (upon arrival there were thick tufts of hair with long hair in the "finished" bathroom) - at dinner sometimes too frequent, regular questions whether you want something else, "whether everything fits", sometimes every 5 minutes (it is more about making as much sales as possible with drinks ...?) - Strictly counted breakfast buffet (1 egg per person, there is also none, despite polite inquiries this is not possible), and it is noticeable that, unlike at dinner, nobody asks whether everything is still okay or if you want something more (same waitress!) - Late breakfast times (7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.) and too early dinner times (the kitchen ends at 7:30 p.m., then nobody gets anything, not even a dessert) - a noticeable number of flies in the room, nothing is done about it, they sit everywhere, quite annoying while eating Overall a bit too expensive for price / performance. I can well imagine that this house was better in the past (it is not a 3 * hotel in my eyes), but now there is likely to be a lack of motivation (and above all the honest joy of being an innkeeper), and profit maximization is in the foreground .
M	Martin Trautwein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlich. Haben trotz grschlossener Küche nach Skitour auch eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen erhalten. Very friendly. Despite the kitchen being closed, we also received a little something to eat after a ski tour.

Ideal zum stärken vor der weiterfahrt über dem Sölkpass. A house with tradition, good food, great Portions and tasty. Is embedded in a beautiful landscape. Ideal for strengthening before continuing over the Sölkpass.
G	Gerhard Habitzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen oder Schitouren im Sölktal. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Verpflegung ist leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück ist zwar i.O., aber beim Abendessen gibt es großteils nur Convenience-Küche. Wir waren eine Schitourengruppe und beim Abendessen war der Speisesaal kalt und ungemütlich. Der Gastgeber könnte auch freundlicher und kundenorientierter sein. Der Schi-Schuhraum ist leider eine Katastrophe - muffelig, unaufgeräumt, zu wenig Platz für die Schi. Das muss nicht sein! The location is ideal for hikes or ski tours in the Sölktal. The wellness area is very nice. The rooms are big enough and clean. Unfortunately, the food is not satisfactory. The breakfast is OK, but at dinner there is mostly only convenience cuisine. We were a ski tour group and at dinner the dining room was cold and uncomfortable. The host could also be friendlier and more customer oriented. The ski boot room is unfortunately a disaster - musty, untidy, not enough space for the skis. It doesn't have to be!
T	Thomas Gartner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein gut bürgerliches Gasthaus umgeben von einer sehr schönen Winterlandschaft. Suppe und Hauptspeise waren gut. Bedienung freundlich. Kostenlose Parkplätze rund ums Haus vorhanden bzw gekennzeichnet. A good, middle-class inn surrounded by a very beautiful winter landscape. Soup and main course were good. Service friendly. Free parking spaces around the house are available or marked.
