J	Josef Brunner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieses Gasthaus bzw. Pension hat einen Stern gar nicht verdient. Speis und Trank: Das ist alles eine ganz grosse Frechheit. Es wird TK-Ware(Tiefkühlware) und nur mit Convenience Fertigprodukten gearbeitet. Glutomat und andere Geschmacksverstärker gehören auch zum Sortiment. Service: Die Abläufe sind sehr schlecht ,viel zu langsam und teils unkoordiniert. Ich sehe das alles als ganz grossen Betrug am Gast und werde sicher nicht mehr kommen. Warum wurde noch nicht öffentlich von der Pension Silberberg zu der Kritik von dem User Stefan Bauer Stellung genommen? Anscheinden interessiert das kein Schwein!!! ICH WARNE NOCHMALS AUSDRÜCKLICH ALLE VOR DEM GASTHAUS !!! This inn or pension does not deserve a star at all. Food and drink: It's all a very big cheek. Frozen goods (frozen goods) and only convenience finished products are used. Glutomat and other flavor enhancers are also part of the range. Service: The processes are very bad, far too slow and sometimes uncoordinated. I see all of this as a very big fraud on the guest and will certainly not come again. Die Küche ist aufgebaut auf Fertigprodukten sprich... ,fertige Sauce, Geschmacksverstärker, billiger Produkteinkauf und das merkt man. Nicht schön angerichtet. Würde mich schämen wenn ich der Küchenchef Herr Rausch Christoph wäre. Sowas würde ich als Küchenchef nicht mal aus der Küche heraus gehen lassen. Die Chefleute sind nicht vom Fach und das merkt man auch.. Chaos beim servieren , falsche Abläufe.. aber was mich am meisten gestört hat ist, dass die Chefin Frau Ursula Schneider .. überfreundlich ist und dabei extrem nervig... redet in einer Tour nur Kake. Sehr schlechte Tischdeko. Einzig positiv ist mir die Servierkraft aufgefallen die wirklich Gas gibt und sehr bemüht ist. Endresumee: Ich komm nach so einer dilettantischen Leisten nicht mehr. Am besten wäre wenn man sich mal bei Frank Rosin oder den Kochprofis bewerben würde. Antwort auf die Rückantwort von dem Inhaber Herrn Schneider Erwin: S.g. Herr Schneider! Gerne gehe ich auf Ihre Fragestellungen ein: Anbei meine Antworten: Schweinsrückensteak mit Spargel : Billigster Wareneinkauf eines fertig marinierten Schweinesteaks, schlechte Qualität, Beilage Kartoffel sind ebenfalls Fertigprodukte und Tiefkühlware. Spargel war nicht richtig gekocht und von schlechter Qualität , sodass dieser nicht gegessen werden konnte. Die Sosse zum Spargel war ebenfalls eine Fertigsauce (erinnert stark an das Fertigprodukt Thomy Hollandaise Sauce) So und jetzt erklären Sie mir bitte hier , was das mit tradioneller, österreichischer Küche zu tun hat? Bin auf Ihre Stellungnahme nochmals öffentlich sehr gespannt. Zu Tisch-Deko: War nichts besonderes und verdient den Begriff Tisch-Deko auch nicht. (1 Serviette, Messer ,Gabel , Löffel) Machen Sie sich mal im Internet schlau was Tischdeko ist. Zu Service-Ablauf: Da ging ja alles daneben . Keiner weiss so richtig was zu tun ist und jeder macht alles. Zu Ihrer Frau: Nervige Art, Überfreundlich .. so verscheucht man Gäste 1 star: failure par excellence in all areas: where should I start? The kitchen is built on ready-made products, i.e., ready-made sauce, flavor enhancers, cheap product purchases and you can tell. Not nicely presented. I would be ashamed if I were the head chef, Mr Rausch Christoph. As a chef, I wouldn't even let that go out of the kitchen. The bosses are not specialists and you can tell that too .. Chaos when serving, wrong processes .. but what bothered me the most is that the boss, Mrs. Ursula Schneider .. is over-friendly and extremely annoying ... talks in one Tour just kake. Very bad table decoration. The only positive thing I noticed was the waitress who really gives gas and tries very hard. Final conclusion: I don't come after such an amateurish last. I am happy to answer your questions: Here are my answers: Saddle of pork steak with asparagus: Cheapest purchase of a ready-marinated pork steak, poor quality, potatoes as a side dish are also finished products and frozen goods. Asparagus was not cooked properly and was of poor quality so that it could not be eaten. The sauce for the asparagus was also a ready-made sauce (strongly reminiscent of the finished product Thomy Hollandaise Sauce) So now, please explain to me what this has to do with traditional Austrian cuisine? G	Gabi Hirmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche und schnelle Bewirtung, sehr sehr nette Chefleute. Essen war von super Qualität, hat traumhaft geschmeckt und war sicher KEINE TK bzw. Packerlware!! Hier merkt man, dass Qualität vor Quantität steht! Deko ist superschön und von der Chefin mit Liebe selbstgemacht! Komme sicher bald wieder! Friendly and fast service, very very nice chefs. Food was of great quality, tasted fantastic and was certainly NO TK or Packerlware! Here you realize that quality is more important than quantity! Decoration is very beautiful and homemade by the boss with love! I'll be back soon!

Ein besonderer Tipp ist das Hausbier welches es speziell im Oktober gibt. Very nice pension with good food and for the price range very rich breakfast. (Fresh fruits and vegetables from your own garden included). A special tip is the house beer which is especially in October.

It was absolutely perfect. Seldom ate so well. Everything is freshly cooked, no finished products. The bosses are very friendly. ??

Der Blick auf die Berge am Morgen ist einfach großartig! Very courteous hosts, Gasthof Charme but everything clean and functional. Breakfast and evening drinks were excellent. The view of the mountains in the morning is just great!
