Für die Küche wäre vielleicht eine nachschulung bzw eine genauere Kontrolle beim Essen welches die Küche verlässt empfehlenswert. Beim Cordon Bleu tropfte das Frittierfett herunter und man musste das Schnitzel in den Flachsen suchen. Pommes wurden in altem Fett gebacken und versalzen. Der Salat war definitiv nicht frisch und im dialekt gesagt „letschad“. Alles war genauso lieblos angerichtet, wie das Lokal eingerichtet ist. Werde kein zweites mal kommen/etwas von dort essen. ich beneide sie um ihren mut und ihren verlust an selbswahrnehmung so etwas mit gutem gewissen verkaufen/servieren/produzieren zu können! Unfriendly when ordering on the phone and when picking up. For the kitchen, a follow-up training or a more precise control of the food that leaves the kitchen would be recommended. The frying fat dripped down the cordon bleu and you had to look for the schnitzel in the flax. French fries were baked in old fat and too salty. The salad was definitely not fresh and it was called “letschad” in dialect. Everything was just as carelessly arranged as the restaurant is furnished. Will not come a second time / eat something from there. i envy you for your courage and your loss of self-awareness to be able to sell / serve / produce something like this with a clear conscience!
A	Amanda Larissa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitiv KEINE Weiterempfehlung! Wir waren heute zu dritt dort, mein Essen, ein Hauspfandl war in Ordnung, die anderen beiden Speisen eine Frechheit. Auf dem Grillteller waren 1 Scheibe Speck und 3 kleine Stück Fleisch, mit etwa 3cm Durchmesser (kein Witz, bei Kindertellern a la Pinocchio ist sonst mehr am Teller!) Das Bauerncordon könnte man als etwa 10 bis max 12cm lang und vielleicht 6cm breit beschreiben. Statt Pommes wollten wir Petersilerdäpfel dazu...am Teller war 1 Erdapel in 3 Stücke geschnitten...ein einziger!!!! (ich wünschte ich hätte ein besseres Foto gemacht aber man kanns erkennen.) Als wir anfangs anmerkten, dass der Grillteller ein wenig klein ist, bekamen wir noch 2 ebenso kleine Stück Fleisch..wenigstens etwas! Aber als wir beim abservieren gefragt wurden wie es gewesen sei und 'Ganz ok aber sehr wenig!' antworteten, ist die Kellnerin 'angfressn' weggegangen und hat am Weg zurück zur Küche noch wütend 'sowas hat mir noch nie wer gsagt' geschimpft. Also meineehrliche Empfehlung: tut euch selbst den Gefallen und geht lieber wo anders Essen, wirklich! Definitely NOT a recommendation! There were three of us there today, my meal, a house pawn was okay, the other two dishes were a cheek. On the grill plate were 1 slice of bacon and 3 small pieces of meat, about 3cm in diameter (no joke, with children's plates a la Pinocchio there is usually more on the plate!) The farmer's cordon could be described as about 10 to max 12cm long and maybe 6cm wide. Instead of french fries we wanted parsley potatoes with it ... on the plate there was 1 Erdapel cut into 3 pieces ... one single one !!!! (I wish I had taken a better photo, but you can see it.) When we noticed at the beginning that the grill plate was a little small, we got 2 pieces of meat that were just as small ... at least something! But when we were asked what it was like when we dumped it and 'Quite ok but very little!' replied, the waitress went away 'angfressn' and on the way back to the kitchen was still angry and scolded me, 'I've never been told anything like that'. So my honest recommendation: do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else, really!

And all the time you said me that everything is ok and now you give such a bad comment. This is not really fair. I think if all the problems was so I wouldn't stay for six nights. And as the father of your husband came and pay the bill, he also said nothing negativ. If I have such big problems in a hotel or a gasthof I would complan in this time.
M	Melanie Leitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was smokey, old and not clean - I felt like I was crawling out of my skin. The owners smoke all day long and it felt like someone was actually smoking in my room everynight, it was so bad. I get it. It's Europe. However, we were told it was a non-smoking room and I had a hard time breathing every morning and evening. We left very early in the morning to catch a flight out of Linz and we let ourselves out. As the censor lights came on in the hallway towards the exit, cockroaches scattered....everywhere. I felt disgusting. This hotel shouldn't even be open anymore. They also have a restaurant in this place - do yourself a favour and NEVER step foot in this place. Pay the extra money and stay in the gastof two doors down.
