★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein tolles Lokal, egal ob man in der alten Stub'n oder in modernen Barbereich sitzt, die neuen Sitzmöbel in Aussen Bereich sind sehr bequem und das Ambiente mit diesen Ausblick ist ohnehin unbezahlbar, der Weinkeller ist ein Wahnsinn + Beratung durch den Chef Gernot macht immer wieder sehr viel Spass. Speisen sind Top. Preis/Leistung passt vollkommen. Ich freue mich schon wenn ich wieder kommen kann.
 A great place, no matter whether you sit in the old parlor or in the modern bar area, the new seating furniture in the outside area is very comfortable and the ambience with this view is priceless anyway, the wine cellar is amazing + advice from the boss Gernot makes always a lot of fun. The dishes are great. Price / performance fits perfectly. I'm already looking forward to coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind gerade auf Ski-Urlaub in Hinterstoder und sind heute per Zufall ins Jaidhaus Essen gegangen. Uns hätte nichts besseres passieren können. Jeder einzelne Gang war ein Gedicht. Angefangen bei der Vorspeise „Dreierlei von der Garnele mit Wildkräutersalat“ über die beiden Hauptspeisen „Trüffelpasta mit schwarzem Wintertrüffel-Perigord“ und „Orecchiette mit roten Rüben, Pecorino und gemischtem Salat“ bis hin zu den beiden Nachspeisen „Nougatknödel mit Nussbrösel“ und „Dreierlei Sorbet“ hat uns jeder einzelne Gang vollends überzeugt. Mit Liebe zum Detail wird hier großartiges gezaubert! Dies schmeckt man bei jedem Bissen. Ganz großes Kino und für uns DER Geheimtipp in Hinterstoder. Abgerundet wird die großartige Küche durch den aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service! DANKE!
We are currently on a skiing holiday in Hinterstoder and happened to go to the Jaidhaus Essen today. Nothing better could have happened to us. Every single course was a poem. Starting with the starter "three kinds of shrimp with wild herb salad" through the two main courses "truffle pasta with black winter truffle Perigord" and "orecchiette with beetroot, pecorino cheese and mixed salad" to the two desserts "nougat dumplings with nut crumbs" and "three kinds Sorbet” has completely convinced us with every single course. Great things are conjured up here with attention to detail! You can taste this with every bite. Great cinema and for us THE insider tip in Hinterstoder. The great cuisine is rounded off by the attentive and friendly service! THANK YOU!

Top, very nice service, from the boss to the waiter! Very attentive and courteous, child-friendly (baby porridge was warmed up) and fine food, it was a pleasure for us!
