★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr großes Gasthaus mit guter Auswahl an Tiroler Spezialitäten. Antipasti beim Salat Buffet sehr lecker. Hirschgulasch mit Preiselbeersauce war großartig! Bedienung auch freundlich und aufmerksam. Das vegetarische Tiroler "Triple" war auch sehr hochwertig und lecker aber von der Menge leider überschaubar.
Very large guest house with a good selection of Tyrolean specialties. Antipasti at the salad buffet was very tasty. Venison goulash with cranberry sauce was great! Service also friendly and attentive. The vegetarian Tyrolean "triple" was also very high quality and tasty, but unfortunately the amount was manageable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De hotels in toeristenplaatsen in Oostenrijk zijn groot. U kent ze wel. Veel geraniums aan de balkons. Dit Gasthof is groter dan groot. Luxe uitstraling. Zwembad, wellness etcetera. We arriveerden er per taxi. Een gratis service notabene. Vanaf de camping. We hadden moeten reserveren, zo bleek. Niet alleen het restaurant, maar diverse gezellige "Stuben" waren overvol. Gelukkig was er nog plaats in een kleine "Nebenstube". Zeer uitgebreide kaart. Prijzen iets hoger dan we in de afgelopen weken in restaurants aantroffen. Maar...de prijs- kwaliteitverhouding was meer dan in orde. Tafellinnen, servies e.d. Ik vind het belangrijke sfeermakers.
De wildschotel: aanrader. Een grillteller (een paar keer eerder besteld in etablissementen) was net iets beter van kwaliteit dan eerder verorberd. Tot slot: ik dreigde te verdwalen op de terugweg van het toilet.
The hotels in tourist resorts in Austria are large. You know them. Lots of geraniums on the balconies. This Gasthof is bigger than big. Luxurious appearance. Swimming pool, wellness, etc. We arrived there by taxi. A free service indeed. From the campsite. We should have made a reservation, as it turned out. Not only the restaurant, but several cozy "Stuben" were overcrowded. Fortunately there was still room in a small "Nebenstube". Very extensive map. Prices slightly higher than we found in restaurants in recent weeks. But...the value for money was more than okay. Table linen, crockery, etc. I think they are important atmosphere makers.
The game dish: recommended. A grill counter (ordered a few times before in establishments) was just slightly better in quality than previously eaten. Finally: I was in danger of getting lost on the way back from the toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Durchreise spontan angerufen und zum Essen angehalten. Bedienung freundlich und schnell. Essen (Schnitzel, Käse Spätzle und Kaiserschmarrn) waren gut und sättigen. Kaiserschmarrn war klasse.
Called spontaneously in transit and stopped to eat. Service friendly and fast. Food (schnitzel, cheese spaetzle and Kaiserschmarrn) were good and filling. Kaiserschmarrn was great.
