Ein überaus nettes Ambiente, hervorragendes Essen und eine sehr freundliche Chefin im Service, was will man mehr, Gratulation This inn is worth a trip, I didn't expect it. Das Essen war von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Das Jungschweinerückensteak war butterweich, saftig und exzellent gewürzt. Die Pommes dazu knusprig und nicht zu fett. Das Wildschweinragout mit Wurzelgemüse, Topfenspätzle und Essigzwetschken war äußerst delikat. Das halbflüssige Schokoladentörtchen mit Vanilleeis und Schlagobers war der passende und krönende Abschluss. Ich kann diesen Gasthof guten Gewissen‘s weiterempfehlen. Very dignified dining room with a pleasant atmosphere. Extremely friendly boss who had some interesting stories to tell about the region. The food was of an excellent quality. The young pork loin steak was soft as butter, juicy and well seasoned. The fries with it crispy and not too fat. The wild boar ragout with root vegetables, pot spaetzle and plums was extremely delicate. The semi-liquid chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream was the perfect and crowning finish. I can recommend this inn with a clear conscience.
