★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtige ligging. Als in een film. Het hotel heeft een ouderwets gezellige sfeer. Eigenaar is zeer lief. Eten was erg goed en grote portie. Genoten in een prachtig stukje Oostenrijk
 Beautiful location. Like in a movie. The hotel has an old-fashioned cozy atmosphere. Owner is very sweet. Food was very good and big portion. Enjoyed in a beautiful part of Austria

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gasthof in einem hoch gelegenen kleinen Ort namens Boden. Der Ort hat nur 41 Einwohner und ist gut für Wanderer geeignet. Der Gasthof ist der einzige im Ort und sehr groß. Die Speisekarte umfasst österreichische Küche. Meine Frau hatte Kaiserschmarren und ich Leber mit Kartoffelpüree und Gemüse. Es war beides sehr gut. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Alle Masken Pflicht besteht zurzeit in Österreich nicht.
Inn in a high place called Boden. The place has only 41 inhabitants and is well suited for hikers. The inn is the only one in town and is very large. The menu includes Austrian cuisine. My wife had Kaiserschmarren and I had liver with mashed potatoes and vegetables. It was both very good. Parking spaces are available. There is currently no mask requirement in Austria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisschen älter, die Einrichtung, aber picco-sauber! Der Besitzer war mit 87 noch Pilot. Interessanter Mensch. Essen sehr gut. Viele Wanderungen möglich. Die Preise sind der Höhenlage angepasst. Tolle Gegend.
A bit older, the decor, but picco-clean! The owner was still a pilot at 87. Interesting person. Food very good. Many walks possible. The prices are adapted to the altitude. Great area.

The whole setting is really magical, the mountains and forests make for a silent and secluded place. Rooms and food are decent, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
