S	Sebastian Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird rausgeworfen, weil man sich auf einen Tisch setzen will, der reserviert ist aber so nicht gekennzeichnet ist. Für Kinder absolut ungeeignet! Pseudotrennung Raucherbereich! Alles völlig verraucht! Ist keinen Besuch wert! You are thrown out because you want to sit down on a table that is reserved but not marked. For children absolutely unsuitable! Pseudo separation smoking area! Everything completely smoky! Is not worth a visit!

Leider ist der Service und die Küche zu Stosszeiten etwas orientierungslos und die Menüs kommen nicht immer wie bestellt und auch zeitlich sehr versetzt zum Tisch. Zu Normalzeiten sehr gute preiswerte Gerichte mit nettem Service zu günstigen Preisen. If there is no rush hour you could like to give 4 stars. Unfortunately, the service and the kitchen are a bit disoriented at peak times and the menus do not always come to the table as ordered and also very staggered in time. During normal times, very good inexpensive dishes with nice service at reasonable prices.

Friendly and fast service, tasty food, large portions, good value for money - we'd love to come back after a visit to the zoo!

Ein Besuch auf jedenfall wert. :) Weiter so, komme immer wieder gerne. Everything perfect from the service to the food. Very good home cooking! I can recommend it to everyone and everyone is very friendly. Definitely worth a visit. :) Keep it up, I'll always be happy to come back.

S	Sabine K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophe-den einen Stern gibt's für die super nette Kellnerin die alles noch irgendwie rausgerissen hat. Wir sind unter der Woche um ca. 14:00 Uhr nach unserem Tierparkbesuch in das Lokal gekommen. Die Suppe war lauwarm, das Schnitzel trocken und die Pommes derartig hart (die hatten wir außerdem nicht mal bestellt sondern Kartoffeln!!!). Ich wollte dann aber nicht nochmal umbestellen, dann hätte ich wieder a halbe Stunde warten müssen. Getoppt wurde das ganze durch ein schwarzes Haar in der Parnier!!! Wir waren 6 Personen, 3 Gericht kamen sofort und auf die nächsten 3 mussten wir über eine viertel Stunde warten, d.h. die ersten waren schon fertig da hatte der Rest unserer Gruppe noch gar nichts. Auf Nachfrage beim Kellner (Chef???) kam eine mega unfreundliche Antwort "Die Köchin is allein" (ok für Personalmangel kann keiner was aber man kann definitiv freundlich bleiben). Wie gesagt, die Kellnerin war mega freundlich und zuvorkommend, da kann sich ihr Kollege noch einiges anschauen!! Disaster-there is one star for the super nice waitress who somehow ripped everything out. We came to the restaurant during the week at around 2 p.m. after our visit to the zoo. The soup was lukewarm, the schnitzel dry and the french fries so hard (we didn't even order them, but potatoes !!!). But then I didn't want to reorder again, then I would have had to wait another half an hour. The whole thing was topped by a black hair in the Parnier! We were 6 people, 3 dishes came immediately and we had to wait more than a quarter of an hour for the next 3, i.e. the first ones were already ready because the rest of our group had nothing at all. When asked by the waiter (boss ???) there was a mega unfriendly answer "The cook is alone" (okay, no one can do anything for a lack of staff, but you can definitely stay friendly). As I said, the waitress was extremely friendly and courteous, her colleague can still see a lot!
