★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns die Fischtage als besonderes Schmankerl ausgesucht. Leider war der Fisch trocken und es fehlte an Würze....besonders warm war mein Fisch leider auch nicht. Als Vorspeise hatten wir die Schilcherrahmsuppe, die sehr gut und heiß war, jedoch fehlte dem Lachsknödel der eigentliche Geschmack, nämlich dem nach Lachs. Kulinarisch war's leider beim schwarzen Grafen nichts für uns, das Personal hingegen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ?
 We chose the fish days as a special treat. Unfortunately, the fish was dry and there was a lack of seasoning...my fish wasn't particularly warm either. As a starter we had the Schilcher cream soup, which was very good and hot, but the salmon dumpling lacked the actual taste, namely that of salmon. Unfortunately, the black count wasn't culinary for us, but the staff was very friendly and courteous ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old: The seasonal food is very good (e. g. around End of October / beginning of November the deer/wild-boar/etc. dishes are excellent). They also offer good liqueur (Schnaps, Edelbrände). Unfortunately sometimes the smoking area distributes the smoke around the whole restaurant. The prices are quite OK.
2018: no more smoking inside! And the owner is really nice and funny.
