★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, but that's more or less all. A lot of the meals were not available, it took more than an hour to get what we ordered and what we did not. Unfriendly waiters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this "Gasthaus" already for the last 7 years on a once or twice a year basis, it used to be a place that I would rate with 3 to even 4 stars at some certain time and for some recipies. My last visit was rather disappointing due to a vegetarian recipes called vegetable fetacheese rice Strudel. As an hobby cook, I found this quite promising and didn't think of any possible way to make this recipes not eatable. cold (almost frozen) vegetables mixed with cold rice and some pieces of feta cheese not even long enough in oven for a regular Strudel to become some color!!! Topping that up, by charing 80 cents for a glass of tab water, inspite of consumption!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went because of good reviews (most Vienna Woods restaurants are so-so). Arrived after beautiful hike to be sitting alone on terrace for about 10 minutes before someone showed up to take our order (I had gone inside to alert them of our presence when we arrived). The food was indeed much better than on our other 'Stadtwanderweg' - I do recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a little hut open during the winter and during Corona where you can buy something warm while hiking! Really awesome! I am not sure what the hours are but it was open last Sunday!
