â â â â â Weâve been visiting Zirbenhof for years and we have never been disapointed. Weâre suprised by some negative comments regarding host hospitality- it has always been super friendly with âfamilyâ like athmosphere!

â â â â â The best part about this hotel is how nice the two ladies (mother & daughter?-) are. Nothing is a problem, the service is great and I also appriciate all the thoughful details.
Rooms are spacious, cosy and clean. Also there was very good breakfast and dinner.
The hotel also has a nice sauna. I think that the value here is great for the price.
What initialy made me to choose this hotel though, was its location. Is about 1 km to the slopes of the Innerkrems ski area, which has "only" about 40kms of slopes, but its excelent for experienced skiers and there is very little people.
You can either drive the distance, or the skibus stop is in front of the hotel and you can get back via 4km long skiroute, which takes you directly back to the hotel.

â â â â â Rooms were ok, but the staff was very hostile towards me and my friends for no reason. The food often was far from good. There is a sauna but I wasnât allowed to use it with my friends because we were âtoo youngâ (we werenât). Throughout the whole stay we had the felling that we are treated as second category guests.
