★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gestern, Donnerstag (26.8.) vor Ort. Sollte lt. Öffnungszeiten geöffnet sein. War aber kommentarlos geschlossen. Ist echt blöd, wenn man hier einen Zwischenstop einplant!
Was there yesterday, Thursday (August 26th). Should be open according to opening times. But it was closed without comment. It's really stupid if you plan a stop here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wirtin ist imner sehr gastfreundlich, die Küche bodenständig und sehr gut. Zwischendurch gibt es immer wieder ausgezeichnete Unterhaltung, so wie gestern, als ein Gast eine perfekte Show als Oberkellner hinlegte. ???
The landlady is always very hospitable, the kitchen down-to-earth and very good. In between there is always excellent entertainment, like yesterday when a guest put on a perfect show as head waiter. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uriges Gasthaus in wunderschöner, ruhiger Gegend. Es werden heimische Produkte verkocht, kleine, aber feine Speisenauswahl - auch vegan. Freundliche Bedienung, die Wirtin kommt an den Tisch und erkundigt sich, ob alles gepasst hat. Wir waren das zweite Mal da und es wird sicher nicht das letzte sein.
Quaint guest house in a beautiful, quiet area. Local products are cooked, small but fine selection of dishes - also vegan. Friendly service, the landlady comes to the table and asks if everything was okay. We were there for the second time and it will definitely not be the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ausgezeichnetes Essen. Sehr tolles Plätzchen in den Bergen. Toll zum wandern und daneben ist ein grosser Platz zum Bogenschießen. Auch mit Hund ist man willkommen.
Excellent food. Very nice place in the mountains. Great for hiking and next to it is a big place for archery. Even with a dog you are welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beautiful rustic place: you eat in an old, tiny school building, the athmosphere is incredible. the menu is small, seasonal and delicious; and spending an evening dining and talking to the lady of the house is lots of fun. i can't wait to return!
